Relax at this serene house on Lake Champlain. Located off a quintessential Vermont dirt road you'll find beautiful western views of Pelots Bay. The bay is quiet, perfect for paddle boarding and also home to some of the best bass fishing in the country. The spacious yard has a hammock and tree swing, lovely for reading a book or relaxing with a glass of wine. The back deck overlooks the lake with rocking chairs and a hot tub. The patio has a built in fire pit, perfect for s'more making.

Private, Cozy House!

Newly renovated 600 square foot house features a heat pump, WIFI, new flooring fresh paint, and comfortable furniture to kick back and relax in. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.

Getaway in Vermont minutes to Lake Champlain, St. Albans, Swanton, and the Islands. Lots of outdoor entertainment including tetherball, horseshoe pit, and 9 hole Frisbee golf course, picnic area, and outdoor fire pit with lots of seating. Home is a large 4 bedroom one story sitting on 5 acres. Big enough for two families to share with bedrooms on opposite sides of home. Pets welcome. Right off Vermont scenic Route 7 and minutes to Hwy I89 and I87. Bring your boat and hiking boots!

Keeping true to its historic roots, the farmhouse offers modern amenities in a historic setting. A convenient location close to Jay Peak and Smuggler's Notch, and many Vermont and Quebec attractions within an easy drive. Swiss and Bloom wedding venue and Phoenix Manor are close by. The house is 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12 people.
