We loved our stay at Ocean Springs - could not have been more perfect for all of us, particularly the grandchildren, with the beach and sea at the end of the garden. And to sleep hearing the waves... Wendy was a very proactive host who responded immediately to our queries pre-arrival, and on arrival when there was a minor WiFi glitch (all sorted). You can feel that the house is a much loved family home, rather than a sterile holiday let. Wonderful selection of books, board games, toys - and fossils! Really clean on arrival. Very well equipped kitchen and dining space. Beds very comfortable with good quality linen and towels. A huge bonus is both the conservatory area with bins full of beach toys/games and flip flops, and the garage with kayak, body boards and, for the one wet afternoon we had, a table tennis table and pool table. Local Co-op only 8 minute walk. Excellent butcher, fishmonger etc at East Wittering. A great house for a relaxing beach holiday.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

A lovely house, fabulous spacious kitchen for family gatherings and a super sitting room on the top floor with amazing views. No en suites but a bathroom on the ground floor and the middle (bedroom) floor were enough for us 6. Wonderful location with constantly changing views as the tide rises and falls, we loved the area and the local walks. Many thanks Maggie and Andrew!

Would one hundred percent recommend this place as high quality accommodation exactly as described. The host was extremely flexible and friendly. Everything worked. Dream home.

Lovely house suitable for a big group. Helen and mark was very easy to reach and communicated really well throughout our stay and prior to. Check in was easy and they had really prepared the house well to suit our group. Very well equipped kitchen and garden is lovely. Will book again if we are back in the area.

We had a wonderful week at Antonia’s gorgeous house. It was our second visit, and we would happily come again next year. The house is huge, comfortable and stylish, with a great kitchen and garden. It’s in such a great location - a few minutes to both the beach and the village. Really special place to stay and we felt very well looked after.

The house was beautiful and much nicer than the pictures showed. Everything was available, bathrooms were excellent and beds were very comfortable and clean. The views from the house were amazing and a real pleasure to wake up to each morning. Marian as a host is the best I've had so far using Airbnb, she was always messaging me with lots of useful information and sent videos of the check-in process etc. If we ever had any question or needed any help she was always happy to help and always on the end of the phone. Excellent host, a lovely house and a very enjoyable stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your house.

David’s cottage was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. He was welcoming and approachable, checking that everything was as we wanted, and also leaving us a lovely bottle of wine. The cottage was warm and comfortable with a pretty Christmas tree greeting us.

Great place, and one of the most welcoming host I’ve ever encountered. Everything just perfect: 10 minutes walk from centre, very clean, well equipped kitchen, large dining room etc. I’d warmly recommend to anyone would want to spend some quality time in Cowes.

We had the most lovely stay at Esther’s! Beautiful house and right by the beach, great for a bigger group. Esther was a great host, super communicative and accommodating. Thank you Esther for an amazing stay :)
