Kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla vakit geçirmek için harika bir yer. 4 katlı binada her şeyimiz mevcuttu, eksiksiz bir şekilde keyifle konakladık. Ferhat Bey son derece ilgiliydi ve yardımseverdi, bizimle çok güzel iletişim kurdu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Havuzu kullanmak için yazın tekrar gelmek isteriz :)

Mehmet bey oldukça samimi, nazik ve ilgiliydi. Son derece temiz ve sıcak bir ortam. Dönünce arkadaşlarıma tavsiye ettim.

7 yaşındaki oğlum ve kedimizle birlikte kısa bir kaçamak için konakladığımız Leyla Hanım'ın evinde kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Evin konumu çok güzel. Deniz ve doğa manzarası eşliğinde sabah kahvesini içmek, mahallenin diğer kedileri ile mangalımızı yapmak, paylaşmak huzur vericiydi. Ev temiz ve ihtiyacımız olan her şey düşünülmüştü. Leyla Hanım iletişime açık ve yardımcıydı, giriş-çıkış süreci sorunsuzdu. Özellikle çocukla seyahat edenler için rahat ve güvenli bir ortam sunuyor. Şile tarafında doğayla iç içe, sakin ve keyifli bir konaklama arayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Great host and a lovely guy, lovely place to stay also!!

Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

We had a great time at Deniz’s place. Its look and feel were exactly how we expected - roomy, artsy, and homey. We had a very smooth check in despite later arrival. We received a warm welcome from the hostess Derya who was there to give us the keys and show us around. We received many local recommendations from her, and both Derya and Deniz were very responsive to our questions. The location of the place is perfect for a nice stroll in picturesque Cihangir. The neighborhood is lively, but our street was very quiet with excellent coffee shops just next door. A special heartfelt thank you to Derya who went above and beyond in communication with helping us with a lost item in an Uber on the way to the airport. Due to her efforts and fast proactive action, the item was delivered to her as she further facilitated its delivery overseas. With enormous gratitude we recommend these hosts and their place to anyone looking for comfort and good care in Istanbul.

Very nice and friendly host! Easy check in and check out! Great location! Transport to the center - next to the apartment! If you are by car, you can park free. Many shops, restaurants and etc. And now the apartment - very clean and comfortable! Great balcony where you can sit and drink your coffee watching a great view of Istanbul! There is everything you need for a short or a long stay! Thank you very much!

Wonder place to spend several days in Istanbul as a tourist. Perfect location for low budget. Except the kitchen is not that practical, it’s almost perfect.

Ali is honestly a super host, great communication and always at disposal. We arrived late around 23h and we had no issues getting the keys so we are very grateful. The house was very lovely and cozy equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, we stayed for around 14 nights and we had no issues at all. The washing machine dishwasher hairdryer TV heating Aircon WiFi everything works perfectly. It was also very clean except for the bedsheets they had a lot of hair we just had to wash them again and we found some clothes in the closet and washing machine. The area is also great and quiet with everything nearby shops stores supermarket etc. Here are a few things that would have made it even better: - A shower door to close the shower so you don't find a water puddle outside each time you shower - The missing curtain in the kitchen - We indicated three guests but we only found two sets of towels and we have been informed they would be provided. We would recommend it!

Definitely beautiful views as all other reviews mentioned, totally worth the four flights of stairs. The bed was comfortable. Appreciated the responsiveness of the host. The tram and metro stations are right in front of the building which made it so easy to go around in Istanbul .

It was very clean and had all the amenities as usual. Fast internet and smart tv was a treat. This was our second stay at Garo’s perfect apartments and he was very kind accepting our last minute inquiery.

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Istanbul, managed by Drew and the Alma Management team. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The apartment was just as described—clean, stylish, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants and shops. What really stood out was the hospitality. Drew and his team were exceptional—responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Drew’s being a native English speaker made communication effortless, which was a huge plus. This was our first time choosing an Airbnb over a hotel in Istanbul, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt completely supported throughout our stay. We’re leaving with beautiful memories and already looking forward to returning. Akın Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Evde rahat etmemiz için uğraştığını hissettik. Ev çok sıcak bi ortamdı, keyifliydi. Ev 9 kişilik gözüküyor ama iki kişinin uyuyacağı yer küçük bir L koltuk. Bizim için sıkıntı olmadı ama göz önünde bulundurulmalı.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa.
