Cool apartment in the heart of Opatija

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Our apartments are situated in a quiet street, with little traffic and available free parking. A short 15 minute walk will take you to the city center as well as the fabulous beach, while all major hotels, convention centers and sports facilities are just 5 minutes away. Grocery stores, restaurants and a bakery can be found nearby for your convenience. This apartment is our favorite, a cozy suite on the top floor with an attic like feeling and great views! Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. Both floors have toilets/bathrooms. We at Vala aparments offer discretion but are always at your disposal if a need arises. Free parking space.

Newly renovated apartment in one of the most beautiful parts of Krk town. It offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and extra toilette with a mini shower. It has got a nice spacious covered terrace with a partial sea view. In the back yard guests can prepare a grill and enjoy summer meal on the open air. For the families, the owner offers a baby cot.
