Beautiful view! Very nice doorman. Great shower. Comfortable beds. Close to the river for great walks. Great burgers Wednesday-Sunday at Rocky’s Pizza next door. Close to a farmers market on Avenida Japón (feria). Very nice host, not always the fastest responses. It’s a fantastic place to stay, except when cars play loud music parked by the river and the noise travels into the apartment. I was there two weeks and one Sunday and one Tuesday I couldn’t sleep because the music was loud until 5am. Less of a problem in winter, more of a problem in summer. Wifi works but isn’t fast, I hope the host upgrades it. Amazing sunsets and afternoon sun. Everyone in the building is very nice. Very safe neighborhood. If noise doesn’t bother you or you are visiting in winter I definitely recommend staying here because the view is so good from the balcony and dining room. Very nice host. Kitchen doesn’t have tons of amenities but enough to cook. Nice place and wonderful city.

Due to a bus schedule change we ended up at Mara’s place in the early hours of the morning. Mara communicated with us the whole time and waited at the station. What amazing service! Mara was friendly, helpful and had advice of what to do. The apartment is conveniently located and exceptionally clean. We would stay again.

Apartamento cómodo, todo bien distribuido .. Cama cómoda, lo que hubiera sido bueno sería haber contado con más almohadas ,mínimo un par por persona ....

Excelentes anfitriones, Iván y Belen, recibí el departamento en muy buenas condiciones, limpio y ordenado, ubicación espectacular, volvería a reservar!

Nos encantó el lugar. el dpto muy limpio, seguro y cómodo para 3 personas. Valeria siempre dispuesta a ayudar amablemente y quitarnos dudas. La zona es hermosa y muy tranquila. Los conserjes del edificio atentos y respetuosos. La terraza y pileta son muy bellas. Realmente, recomiendo el lugar.

Muy buen lugar, todo correcto y seguro, el anfitrión muy amable y atento, fuimos con dos bicis y el espacio fue más que suficiente, muy recomendable.

Excelente ubicación, A 1 cuadra del casino Carnaval. Zona segura. En la casa todo en orden. Los niños disfrutaron del los videojuegos. Lo mejor fue la comunicación rápida y amable. Lo recomiendo 100%

Muy linda casa, fresca en verano, se vive muy cómodo allí, tiene todo el equipamiento necesario para disfrutar excelentes vacaciones cerca de la playa. Además tiene un jardín muy agradable tranquilo y apacible. Nos gustó mucho la estancia en esta casa y la anfitriona es muy acogedora.

Adriana se portó de forma excelente con nosotros, el lugar es hermoso con todas las comodidades. Excelente atención, sin dudas regresaremos!

Had a very good stay at the place. The flat matches the pictures and the area is very close to the beach (not sea, but river). There are good restaurants nearby and a small 24h market.

El departamento de Alexis es muy comodo y esta muy bien ubicado. Tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Estacionamiento propio y guardia de seguridad. Gracias Alexis
