Amazing location, clean apartment and great view to the beach. We are definitely coming back in our next vacation.

I stayed at Shay's apartment for almost a week. The place matches the photos, it is super clean and you can properly rest. Apart from this, Shay and his team made a great effort to make my stay comfortable. You are very central, you can walk everywhere: to shopping centres, to the beach, to Jaffa. There is a non stop grocery store just across the street, and a lot of coffee shops and restaurants. Thank you Shay for being a great host. I would be glad to return oneday.

Nous avons passer un excellent sejour Ben est hyper a l ecoute et repond en maximum 15 minutes ! La maison est hyper propre et tres stylee avec une vue imprenable sur la mer . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!

This stay was an easy 5/5. Petty is a an amazing hostess and the apt is just great! Clean and with all the amenities you may want. It was an absolute pleasure staying there.

Siamo stati in questa casa per qualche giorno e ci siamo trovati meravigliosamente bene. L’ambiente è accogliente, pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Si respira un’aria di tranquillità e calore che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Ogni cosa è al suo posto, e si nota con quanta attenzione e amore venga gestita. La zona è splendida, silenziosa e perfetta per rilassarsi. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la gentilezza e la disponibilità di chi ci ha accolto: sempre attenti a farci sentire comodi, ma mai invadenti. È stato un soggiorno speciale, che porteremo nel cuore. E infatti… stiamo già pensando di tornare! Speriamo davvero di poter rivivere presto quest’esperienza così bella.

חיפשנו מקום להתארגנות לפני חתונה והמקום היה מושלם! המון אור והרבה מקום היינו 11 איש ולא הרגיש צפוף, המקום היה נקי והמיטות היו נוחות ומאובזר במה שצריך.

The penthouse was great. We were a group of 11 and had plenty of space. The balcony was fantastic with a great view. The pool on the roof was really nice, and the kids didn't want to leave. There was a great beach just a 5-minute walk away, and a nice boardwalk with some good restaurants.

Great condo! Fantastic view! Spacious! Its in hotel so you have a great buffet alternative for bfast every morning! Great location! Israel was very responsive and friendly! Would love to stay there again.

Très satisfait du logement, bon emplacement, propre et facile d’accès. Il n’y avait malheureusement pas de savon, pas plata pour shabbat, pas d’etendage pour le linge, pas de chaise bébé et l’aspirateur n’était pas utilisable car pas de batterie ni de chargeur. Information à savoir : Piscine non chauffée et pas au soleil à notre période (novembre) donc pas praticable. Hôte très réactif à toute heure.

Great host , amazing apartment , will definitely come back

The flat was absolutely fabulous!! The living room appearance was even nicer than the pictures :-) The kitchen was fully equipped and more - two type of toasters, coffee machine, lots of cooking utensils, plastic bags, plenty of cups and plates from all kind types, there were coffee, oil, salt and pepper, various spices, and even peanut butter and flatbreads. Amazing. The shower was lacking soaps and lotions, baby wipes etc. Washing machine and dryer was life saver with kids. The swimming pool was spacious and fun, partially shaded with nice staff working there. Having the private parking was very important in this area. Ronit was very responsive and very helpful in our stay and I couldn't ask for a better host!

We had a fabulous experience with our stay in this apt. It is fully equipped with useful items for the beach and pool, and with supplies for children (baby bath tub, crib, bed rail, hi chair, infant bounce seat). This is a beautifully furnished and clean apt. Sarah and Elad were incredibly responsive and helpful.

В квартире проживали моя мама. Далее - с её слов: Это жильё – даже не квартира, а домик Карлсона на крыше, что-то такое, о чём мы мечтали в детстве. Надо сказать честно: это действительно очень маленькое жилище. Кухня такая крошечная, что плитку пришлось вынести на террасу, а душевая кабинка – это просто душ напротив унитаза. Но это совершенно не важно, потому что море и пляж в одной минуте ходьбы, есть огромная терраса, где завтрак в утренние часы, пока не жарко, – настоящее наслаждение. Есть и шезлонги, и большой стол для компании – терраса очень просторна. Редкое качество этой квартиры – тишина. Поверьте, вы вряд ли где-то в Бат-Яме такое найдёте, это очень шумный город! Содержание квартиры безупречно, чистота идеальная. Прекрасные коммуникации: горячей воды сколько угодно, напор отличный, интернет сильный, кондиционер мощный и удобный в управлении. Но главное достоинство домика на крыше – это его хозяйка. Далия невероятно гостеприимна и заботлива. Она всегда рядом и готова помоч

Amazing flat in an amazing location. Perfect for 1-2 people. Has everything you need to feel at home and is in an incredible spot in TLV that allows quick beach access as well as access to the heart of the city. While it's near the shuk, it is not noisy. Everything was clean and tidy and they provide linens, towels, toiletries, and more. Highly recommend! The apartment building door wasn't locking properly for my stay, but I reached out and the host said it should be fixed soon. But if that is important for you, you could check if that's been fixed. The area felt very safe even very late at night, though, so I was not concerned.

Le logement est très bien situé : vue sur la mer exceptionnelle, à 2 pas des plages restaurants et commerces. Ronen est très sympa et serviable.

We had a great stay at Louis's place, the apartment is convinently located in the heart of the lovely Florentine neighbourhood with plenty of cafés, pubs and restaurants within few min walk, and also great public transportation connections (light rail, busses etc.). the apartment is very cozy and has a great views from the 6th floor balcony (you could see the sea.) The beach is also in a close vicinity. Louis is a wonderful host, communication with him was very easy and efficient. We would strongly recommend this place for everyone considering spending time in Tel Aviv - Yaffo!

great place. magnificent house with great garden and excellent location. near the beach. quite side street bit away from the center. Great hosts. very clean and well equipped. roomy (we a family of six felt space for everyone). recommend highly!

Gali ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Der Check-In war unkompliziert, Gali‘s Salon ist gleich in der Nähe. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll! Man ist schnell mitten auf dem Dizengoff mit vielen Geschäften, Bäckereien und dem GOLDA Eisladen. Die Terrasse haben wir viel genutzt, man kann dort frühstücken, grillen oder ein Sonnenbad nehmen. Das Schlafzimmer liegt seitlich und damit ruhig. Zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten.

Peter's apartment is exceptionally well equipped. The host clearly had the guests' comfort in mind - there is enough of everything for a smooth stay and a long vacation. It suited perfectly our family of 5 with kids of different ages. There were detailed instructions for all appliances, such as TV, dishwasher, drier, washing machine, etc. Easy communication with both host and representative. Flexible check out time was much appreciated. Additionally, excellent recommendation for the sushi place downstairs, thank you! We came back there twice.
