<b>Het appartement</b>Een drie kamer appartement, met ruime keuken/eetkamer, woon- en slaapkamer, douche en toilet op de eerste verdieping van een prachtige stadsvilla, een rijksmonument, in het hartje van de middeleeuwse stad Maastricht. <b>Locatie</b>De villa bevindt zich op steenworp afstand van het karakteristieke plein, het Vrijthof, met de twee kerken Sint Servaas en Sint Jan, het theater en het museum aan het Vrijthof en de vele terrassen. Van de levendigheid van de binnenstad is echter niets te merken in de stadsvilla, het is er ontzettend rustig, het klokkengelui van de Servaas is het enige geluid wat doordringt.

Maison Roannay is gelegen aan Le Roannay, een zijriviertje van de Amblève. De villa is met veel respect voor de omgeving gebouwd en biedt een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. 5 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers zorgen voor het nodige comfort. De living met open keuken, openhaard en grote zithoek is een sfeervolle plek om te vertoeven. In de goed uitgeruste keuken kan je van elke maaltijd een feest maken. Een aparte speel-en TV-kamer geeft plaats aan de kinderen om te relaxen na een actieve dag.

Grand terrain avec 2 terrasses, salon de jardin, grand parking et barbecue en Corten. Cuisine totalement équipée. Pour un moment de déconnexion et de détente au calme et aux chants des oiseaux. Départ tardif le dimanche jusque 18h.

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.
