Our family and I had a wonderful stay at Jackies, we are all originally from maine, and her home gives you everything great about maine. We really felt at home, it snowed christmas eve which made it even more beautiful ( The driveway was plowed out early as well). I brought a small christmas tree with us on our trip up, and when we walked in, the place was decorated for christmas, which was just amazing and so thoughtful. We definitly plan on staying again, the next time we are back in maine. Thank you again Jackie!

We felt right at home in this beautiful setting It was peaceful to be in a quiet, secluded home, yet we had only a short drive to stores, restaurants, and various attractions. The host was attentive in making us feel welcome and comfortable. The home was well-maintained and nicely decorated. You will love this home!

Beautiful restored farm house with enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids for a family getaway! We were able to cook dinners with a very well equipped kitchen and enjoy the fire pit in the backyard with incredible sunsets. Our kids loved the hike to the river on the property and our family really enjoyed spending a day at the Coastal botanical gardens which was only a few minutes drive away from the house!

Quintessential Maine camp on a beautiful lake. Great spot to have the grandchildren and connect with Maine family. The camp is charming and well appointed. The lakefront location was perfect for our stay.

We had the most amazing stay at this gorgeous property. The owners were super helpful and friendly and gave us lots of local recommendations. They gave us a welcome basket too which was a lovely touch. We would love to come back again one day.

This Airbnb was the perfect weekend getaway! The peaceful atmosphere, stunning winter views of the lake, and cozy indoor fireplace made it a truly relaxing retreat. The hot tub was a highlight—perfect for unwinding and enjoying the scenery. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals and enjoy nights in. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Place was as described and the host was very friendly and quick to respond. Downtown was a quick Uber ride there and back and host left us great recommendations to try out. My only negative was the bed does sit very low to the floor. I had a little trouble getting up because I’ve recently had spinal surgery and I have RA, but my husband was fine with it. Just in case an elderly person or someone with RA is thinking about it. I do highly recommend it other than that.

This was our second stay at the Cottrell House. The location can’t be beat. It’s nestled off the main street with access to the river while within easy walking to stores and restaurants. The apartment is quiet and clean. Lissette is a wonderful host.

The place was amazing, such a great find! The hosts laid out check-in and check-out instructions very clearly and offered an abundance of amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. They offered toiletries, tide pods, cooking spices, coffee, books- the list could really go on and on. It really felt like a home away from home! Thank you to our wonderful hosts, we hope to visit again!!

We loved staying at Heidi’s place! We were a little concerned about parking on the street (we had to bring two cars) and we were always able to find a space within a block or two (small blocks) so it worked out great. The place was cozy and comfortable. The bed was a little awkward getting in at first, but we quickly figured it out and it wasn’t problem. Great location and extremely walkable to fun shops and restaurants right on Mumjoy Hill or down along the bustling Washington Ave, an easy walk away. Heidi was responsive and friendly and used her “artists touch” to decorate a lovely place

I had an amazing stay! Rachael was a very responsive host, and was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was quiet but within driving distance of all the things I wanted to do, and it matched all my expectations based on the listing. If I’m ever back in the area, I would certainly love to stay here again!

This a beautiful spot! Tucked away from the roads and very quiet. The private lake access is great and the views are beautiful. So thankful we found this place!

Lori’s place felt like a home away from home. The apartment was bigger than we expected with beautiful furnishings and built-ins. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked making it easy to cook meals with ingredients from Pat’s Meat Market a block away. Noble Pizza is also not to be missed.

Enjoyed my stay while I was there. You get a great sense of privacy!

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. It was my son’s wedding and I loved being able to come back from the activities to rest and relax . It was very homey.

We loved our stay at the cabin! Slept better than we do back home. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, but this was a perfect location for us to have as a base for 2 nights surrounding our day spent at Acadia Nat’l Park (only an hour away!). Beautiful property and surroundings, truly loved the outdoor shower in nature. Most pristine camping toilet I’ve ever seen, bar none! Hosts do a great job maintaining cleanliness between guests. Would absolutely stay here again.

Such a beautiful and quaint cabin with an incredible Mountain View! Clean and up to temp hot tub, lovely fire pit and comfortable Adirondacks to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Cabin was warm and well decorated, comfortable bed with soft linens, and just the right touches in the kitchen like fresh coffee and creamers in the fridge. I was a little wary of a “outhouse“ but it was warm and super clean with plenty of hot water and plenty of towels! We will absolutely stay again!

This was a fantastic stay—quiet, quaint, and cozy. The cabin felt secluded but was within a 20 minute drive to downtown Camden. Bonny was a very responsive and communicative host. Highly recommend!

We had a very restful three days at Rod’s lovely cabin. This is a fantastic place to stay for those seeking to experience the midcoast area for what it is (without all the tourist traps and hustle and bustle that you’ll find in Bar Harbor area). Don’t sleep on this gem!

Lovely location, and cozy little cabin, close to Damariscotta. My boyfriend and I took a weekend away and I told him I just wanted to be in the middle of the woods for a night. Enjoyed the hammock chairs and home cooked breakfast on the porch, despite the rain. Only regret was not meeting Sherri and/or Joel since I opted for self-check-in. Hope to return!
