If you are looking for a quiet and convenient location in the Paoli area for a comfortable stay, welcome to East Central Ave. Close to shops, restaurants, walking trails, and the Paoli train station. This suite is a basement, but it has a private entrance, full bathroom and a patio. The kitchen has white cabinets with appliances, including a stove, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, kettle, and a refrigerator. This is a very cozy, 2-bedroom apartment attached to a 200+ yo farmhouse in historic Bucks County. We are right at the edge of town on the main street in Richboro so in walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. The yard is beautifully maintained, and the decks, outdoor grill and fire pit are available for your use and enjoyment during your stay. Owners live in the farmhouse and are generally available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the local area.
