Newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath home including guest house. Main house is 1000 square feet 2 bedroom 1 bath with open floor plan and full kitchen with large island. Guest house is 1600 square feet 2 bedroom 1 bath and full kitchen also, and has a 700 square foot game room with 65” TV, pool table, ping pong table, darts, virtual pinball and arcade machine. The perfect place to hang out. Easily sleeps 8 people and would be great for 2 families or large family with teens. Everything is brand new.

Charming updated family home with Treehouse deck

Enjoy the newly renovated open-concept kitchen and family room! Outside, you can enjoy the large fully fenced in yard on the oversized deck which has an additional treehouse upper deck with hammock chairs. This home is great for gatherings but also for a quiet, peaceful, clean and safe spot to rest and relax. You can get to downtown Indianapolis in 15-20 minutes if you are in town for a conference or convention. Pets are welcome! Please make sure to add pets to your reservation.
