Lovely location, nice quiet area but close to bars restaurants and Raleigh centre. Great to have free on street parking. Very easy check in/out instructions. Good value for money stay.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was so cute, so close to downtown, and so cozy. We truly enjoyed hanging out in the living room and both of us had never had better sleep! If I ever come back to visit Raleigh, I wouldn’t even look at staying at another condo. The hosts were also very responsive and kept the place clean and cozy.

Needed a place close to our daughter’s wedding venue with lots of space for our family to stay. This Airbnb maximizes every space to provide as many separate sleeping accommodations as possible. Three separate kitchens with a Keurig in each! Great accommodations and so close to our wedding venue at Chateau des Fleures!

This was our second time staying at this home and we love everything about it. Excellent communication, great location, very clean and we felt right at home while in town for our daughter's graduation. Will continue to book this home when in town.

My stay was extremely comfortable. Anything I might have forgotten or needed was there. Several small touches of design excellence and comfort. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, two lovely bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Plenty of bath linens. Great snacks, tea, and coffee to get you started. A sweet little backyard patio in a tree-lined area. The cottage itself was fantastic. The best, though, were my interactions with Audra, she was friendly, thoughtful, cooperative, flexible, and patient. She is the best Airbnb host I have ever encountered after many years and six or seven countries. You will be delighted by your stay.

Cozy, quiet, clean condo in a very walkable and fun neighborhood. Lot's of restaurants, shops and a grocery store super-close by. Sydney was very accommodating and quick to respond. I stayed for a month and loved it!

Beautiful space! Very peaceful and wonderful option for a staycation. Process to book and find location was very simple while process to access unit was slightly challenging…but once steps were properly followed it was worth the wait. Great host, very responsive and friendly. The apartment was conveniently located and the check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The bed was SUPER comfortable and the apartment was spotless. I had the whole apartment to myself, which was unexpected, but nice. Very quiet apartment complex.

Wonderful condo right in the heart of downtown Raleigh. Walkable to restaurants and such. The bedroom and kitchen were spotless and the bathroom amenities were wonderful. She even had toilet seat covers! Would definitely stay again.

Pauly is genuinely hospitable! Directions for entry were easy, the room was clean, smartly decorated, quiet, curtains could be closed to block out light and temperature was moderated by central AC. All excellent for the price point!
