Overall, my cousins, daughter, and I had a great stay at the "cozy retreat." Everything was extremely clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well stocked with whatever you need to cook. My daughter enjoyed the large yard that she could run around. There were lots of amenities and we were able to set the house to a comfortable temperature. The beds were also super comfortable. Just a note: If you are staying in the Spring - Summer, you will want to bring some bug spray if you decide to venture out in the yard and trails!

I had a very comfortable stay and truly enjoyed everything the place had to offer. It was a beautiful, well-kept space that felt like home. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host’s communication was excellent. He was responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout my stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Raleigh. We had a great stay in this comfortable, cozy home. It was clean and tidy and lacked nothing on the amenities or supplies. The coffee station was plus along with the fenced in yard with hot tub. My stay was too short, and we didn't get the chance to take advantage of the grill and firepit. Daniel was friendly and very approachable; he was also quick with his response time. The location of this home is very convenient to any place or thing you may need or want. Definitely a "must stay place"!!

Perfect home away from home while visiting family. Comfortable beds and furniture, easy to use kitchen, super clean. We really enjoyed the backyard and firepit. Linens on the beds were so luxurious, they felt like fancy hotel bedding which I always love. The location is great – easy to get to downtown Raleigh and onto I-40. Would definitely stay again!

Allison's Cozy 2BR/2Bath home turned out perfect for the long weekend! The location made it easy to attend the wedding venues located downtown Raleigh, and easy to get to small surrounding towns! The house's floor plan, full-sized rooms, and amenities (soaps, cooking essentials, washer/dryer, TVs, etc.) made it comfortable to share lodging, yet offering space. The house felt clean, fresh, and well-kept. Allison was responsive, even when she was on her vacation! Thanks Allison!

Matt and Dawn's place was beyond amazing! My kids and I were only 30 minutes away from our own home, but this getaway was much needed. The location was peaceful and very cozy! They respond quickly and were very nice! I would definitely book again for another stay! We were in heaven at this home🥰.

This is a lovely house in a great neighborhood, with a park nearby. The house was well equipped, and very clean. We were very comfortable there. Our son lives in Raleigh, and I would definitely stay there again.

It was a perfect stay for our trip to Raleigh. The apartment is super cute and cozy and exactly like it was described. As the hosts mention, you can definitely hear the pitter patter of kids' feet overhead early in the am. It was in a really peaceful neighborhood with a nice outdoor seating, overall just a nice vibe to it. Thank you!

Beautiful place. Very clean, easy access, great instructions for checking, and host is very responsive ! Enjoyed our stay.

It was a very good place to stay, the bed was very stiff, I slept well but my wife didn't, she is used to a more "cushioned" bed, she then slept on the sofa and it was better for her. Also we couldn't get the Internet to work because they had to set it up with a username and password from the Internet supplier, but it was not a big deal since we weren't there that much. Great stay and highly recommended. If you're going to an event to The Ritz I would say this is the best option.
