Slow down and unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway. Once a vineyard workers cottage, many years ago, it is now fully restored to comfortably welcome four guests. The cottage flanks the vines with an uninterrupted view over our organic vineyard towards the estuary on the horizon. Relax on the terrace and take in its generous views over the landscape, take a dip in your own private pool, open late May-Sept, or stroll through the vines and woodlands that are both equally abundant in the area.

Au premier étage d'une belle maison située dans un quartier calme, c'est la douceur de vivre assurée à 2 km du centre ville. La terrasse de 15m2 est un plus pour vous ressourcer en contemplant l'orée du bois en fond de jardin.Vous pourrez disposer d un garage à vélos fermant à clés et d un accès à la piscine . Pour information notre habitation est située à 3 km de l'accès de l'autoroute A10.

Dit 55 m² grote Charentais-cottage is ontworpen als een rustig toevluchtsoord voor twee en bevindt zich op Les Noyers, een voormalig wijndomein met een park vol oude bomen. Oude natuursteen, zorgvuldig gekozen meubels en eigentijdse accenten zorgen voor een warme, elegante sfeer. Een privéterras, een groot verwarmd zwembad en de rust van het platteland maken het verblijf compleet, op ongeveer 25 minuten van de Atlantische stranden en vlak bij Royan, Saintes, Rochefort en Île d’Oléron.

We welcome you to our cottage "au son de l'eau", a true haven of peace located at the end of a dead end on the banks of the Charente. Its location makes it a quiet place, ideal for unwinding. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

Nous serons heureux de vous accueillir pour plusieurs nuits dans ce logement entièrement rénové en 2023 avec piscine, terrasse extérieure et matériaux anciens. Idéalement situé entre Bordeaux, Saintes et Angoulême. A12 km du parc aquatique "Les Antilles de Jonzac". A 2km du château de Puyrigaud. Venez profiter du calme et de la campagne de Haute Saintonge. Les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas compris dans la location.

A beautiful stone cottage set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. A 200 year old exterior, with very modern 'Boutique Hotel' style interior with every comfort. Decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
