I had a great stay! The place was very clean and well-maintained. It’s conveniently located—just a short drive from Batu and Malang, which made it easy to explore both areas. The host provided clear instructions, so check-in and check-out were smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Let me start by mentioning that Blitar area is a great homebase alternative to Malang for exploring the area’s natural wonders. And with hosts like Andrew and Regina it is a much better choice. They have made us feel like part of the family during our stay. They are keen to chat and show you secret local spots. Picked us up at the train station. Breakfast was a great pleasant surprise every morning, the rooms were serviced every day, great WiFi was a cherry on top. Andrew offers tours and transportation at great local rates. The house is a little bit out of the way, but the area is gorgeous, and I dream of coming back. Just go for it, and you won’t be disappointed.

This warm and lovely house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Malang. Great location: Malang City Point mall and Cyber Mall about 10 minutes on foot, there are some good eateries nearby as well. The house is clean, WiFi was fast, there's cable TV, AC in the living room. The master bedroom didn't have an AC but the other two bedrooms had AC. The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were comfy. There's a bathroom in the master bedroom, a smaller bathroom by the living room, and a sink right next to it (no sink in the second bathroom). The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The host, Dary and his family were amazing. The communication is great, Dary was always quick to respond every single time. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for those who visit Malang.

My stay at Emka Villa was fantastic! The place was spotless and equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals. Each room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Although the villa is about a 20-minute drive from the central cities, I anticipated this when booking, and it didn't affect my enjoyment at all. The distance actually contributed to the peaceful and charming environment. Overall, Emka Villa exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to others and look forward to returning!

Our family had a perfect stay in this villa.. Listrik sempat mati, tapi di villa ini menyediakan genset, jd keadaan dapat segera teratasi. Owner dan petugas villa bekerja sama sangat baik apabila kami perlu sesuatu bisa segera direspon. Kolam renang besar, sirkulasi udara bagus.. Puas stay disini.. Very recommended 👍👍👍

host responsibe dan friendly. lokasi mudah dijangkau dari exit tol, asri, tenang. Mungkin karena area cukup rimbun, sehingga banyak semut masuk kedalam, tp disediakan baygon & obat semprot nyamuk. overall sangat okey unt family trip.

Actually, it’s a good place to stay. It’s cheaper than other homestay. You can see beautiful mountain view around, the host is super good and has good communication. But, the home is not very clean. There’s some dust and spider web on the edge of the wall, also the floor is very sticky. I booked D1 but on the day, we got A19. The host didn’t tell us before so I got confused. Overall, it’s a good homestay but it needs to improve some aspect included hygiene. Good job!

Nyaman banget stay disini, serasa rumah sendiri. Lantai kamar mandi ok banget, gak licin.. buat saya yang punya baby, gak khawatir kepleset :) ac, water heater juga berfungsi dengan baik. Satpamnya juga ramah :) Lokasinya strategis.. kalo nanti ke malang lagi, pasti nginep disini lagi :D
