The Paddock

* No cleaning fees :) * Relax and unwind on our small peaceful farm guest sleep out. One bedroom one bathroom sleep out with kitchenette. One king size bed and a pull out sofa bed. Would suggest this for children only for the limited room. Can provide a travel cot for infants if organised in advance. 10 mins drive away from Kai Iwi beach and a 20-25mins drive to Whanganui. We are situated on the main highway but far enough to not hear traffic. Great location for kids to run around.

It has stunning panoramic views of the sea from the living areas and master bedroom with spectacular sunsets. There are large sliding doors which mean the living areas can be opened up to the sea air and views. Only a short walk and you can be down at Kai Iwi beach enjoying a swim or taking the kids for a walk to the fantastic playground located by the beach.

A beautifully presented TWO bedroom apartment in central Whanganui, close to shops and restaurants. Situated in the iconic Old Central Fire Station building that's been recently renovated adding another bedroom and other changes include the double glazed windows. This will be a very warm, comfortable and secure place to stay. Hosts Tracy & Brian are keen to do whatever they can to ensure you enjoy your stay.
