We had a great stay in this Manoa Valley home. The house was spacious, airy, and perfect for our group of four. Two bedrooms had working ACs; the one in the main living area didn’t, but opening windows/doors or using bedroom ACs worked well. Two bathrooms were a big plus! Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided—very convenient. The washer and dryer in the unit were amazing, and having beach toys to borrow was a fun bonus. Parking was easy and convenient, right next to the house. Hosts Eric and Miranda were friendly and quick to respond. The large couch in the living room isn’t a sleeper sofa but was fine to sleep on, with extra linens available. The only downside was the floor cleanliness—our feet got dirty fast despite the no-shoes rule. A better clean before arrival would make a big difference. Otherwise, a really comfortable, well-equipped place—we’d happily return!

The house was great! The community within the gates was awesome! The host, was great! The residential area just outside the gated community was fine. The area along Farrington Hwy (Hwy 93), between Makaha Valley Road and south for about 8 or so miles, was riddled with beach front homelessness. Don’t expect to hit the beach in this area. We drove north to Makua Beach, which was nice and felt safe. We also spent time at the Kohola Lagoon in front of Aulani Disney Resort. Aulani was nice and the beach felt safe. The house itself is in good shape. There were some minor things, which happens with some careless guests. Joe provided very useful beach equipment. We used the towels, beach mats, snorkel gear, kids beach toys and took the umbrellas just in case. The washer and dryer were very helpful, to ready the towels and swim clothes for the next day. The exterior fourth bedroom was great for my oldest son. It has all you need. Overall, great house, great host and great amenities. Mahalo

Jimmy's place was absolutely beautiful!! It was immaculate, and beautifully decorated. We slept so well, and loved hanging out there. Everything about his place is exquisite! The surrounding mountains were gorgeous, and the gated community made us feel so secure. we had the most wonderful experience in Waianae! Thank you, Jimmy for hosting the best airbnb we've ever stayed in!!!

I lived here temporarily for about 7 months and really enjoyed the life outside of Waikiki, while also being very close to everything. Kapahulu is wonderful and Kaimuki is also one of my favorite spots on O’ahu. The house had everything I needed to live a “normal” life, IE laundry, kitchen supplies, amenities, etc.

The house was very clean and well equipped! The house even had beach chairs and umbrellas along with beach towels. Neighborhood is very quiet and private with a gated entrance and lots of walkable paths. Our family of 9 fit perfectly in the house and enjoyed the large patio area. I would highly recommend!

The place was beautiful and nothing beat the view when walking outside. Everything was a bit of a drive but what a way to see this beautiful island. The beach was super close and the waves were great. Thank you for hosting our family we will definitely be back.

Wow. Wow. Wow… This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 - tweens/ parents/ grandparents. Lots of room to spread out but still be able to share meals and family time together. The home is spotless and bright. Really appreciated the beach towels since we spent most days at a beach. A clothesline outside would be super beneficial for drying since there is no dryer- we managed by hanging towels on outdoor chairs or laying things on the grass. As a lot of folks have mentioned- the street parking is horrendous so getting in an out of the driveway is a challenge- not something the host has any control over. ** just practice your backing in skills before you get here** I would totally recommend Tiffany’s home to anyone wanting a place where a group can spend quality time together.

This is my second time staying here at Kanae’s place and it always exceeds my expectations! The location is perfect and the listing is 100% accurate to what you’re getting. All amenities are available! I always recommend this place. Hope to come back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I visited with my mother and four daughters, and we fit comfortably in the space. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it convenient for preparing several meals during our visit. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance of the beach, access to two pools, and numerous dining options nearby. Additionally, if you're considering groceries, I highly recommend delivery services, as drivers are familiar with the property, making it hassle-free.

Amazing location in the heart of Waikiki. Walking distance to literally EVERYTHING so no car is needed. Enjoyed everything about the hotel. Would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandra’s place. The whole unit has a great vibe, from the cozy living/kitchen area and separate bedroom, to the massive private (!) lanai patio area with a view of Diamond Head that we enjoyed every day. Espresso machine was a nice touch to start the morning. In-building parking was really convenient ($25/day with ins and outs). Very easy walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants in Waikiki. Also, Alexandra was super responsive to our inquiries. (Note that the bedroom doesn’t have a curtain so it can get a little bright when the sun is up.)

There was a lot of space for my friends and myself, and the bed felt super comfortable. The view on the balcony was beautiful and I would just stare at the toads and the people. I liked hoe the kitchen had most of the appliances that we needed as well, i was worried i’d have to bring plates and utensils. Overall it was comfortable, and it was really peaceful.

Our family (2 adults, 1 child (8yo)) throughly enjoyed our stay at this cute Airbnb. It was a great location for all of our adventures on Oahu. The host was very responsive. You can hear when the neighbors upstairs are walking around etc but it wasn’t bad. Only not great thing was that the beds were not very comfortable. We ended up buying our own pillows while there so we could sleep better, and that helped. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit and ample parking space. We would recommend this space to anyone.

We loved our stay at Janet’s place! The location was unbeatable—just steps away from the beach, great restaurants, and convenience stores, making everything easily accessible. The unit itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the beach essentials we needed, plus the in-unit washer and dryer were a huge bonus for our family during our five-day stay. It was the perfect home base for exploring Honolulu, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Emily’s place! While the listing says Waikiki, the home is actually located in the hills above Diamond Head—about a 20-minute drive from Waikiki. Emily was great about checking in with us before confirming the booking, and we really appreciated her flexibility as we were looking for a spot that could accommodate our family of five. The views from the property were absolutely beautiful and made the drive totally worth it. You’ll definitely want to have a rental car, as shops and restaurants are at least 10 minutes away. The unit was comfortable and quiet, even with other guests in the house—we barely noticed them. We also loved the thoughtful touches like beach towels, boogie boards, and access to a washer and dryer (with detergent provided!), which were perfect for our family. We’d happily stay here again!

This place looked exactly like the photos—such a great value for the price! It’s conveniently located near everything, and the host even provides parking and access to a car, which was super helpful. The space was spotless, and oh my gosh, the bed was incredibly comfortable! We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for the amazing stay! Just one note: I saw some comments about the parking spot being wet and tight. Yes, it’s true—but the water wasn’t bad at all, and honestly, it rains in the area, so it’s to be expected. The parking is tight, so if you’re not a confident driver, it might be a bit challenging. But my husband and I had no issues at all.

I was hoping for a few days break, without the hustle and bustle of staying in Waikiki. This Manoa Studio fit the bill exactly. It's a nice, clean, efficient room for a solo traveler like me, albeit with enough room for a couple to stay. I'll return again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming dog-friendly duplex. Instructions are clear for which unit it is (lower) and how to get in. There are yummy casual restaurants in the area, which is a residential neighborhood near the University of Hawaii but relatively close to the tourist areas of Waikiki. Price was reasonable for a two-bedroom, one-bath unit (nowhere in Hawaii is cheap), and having the kitchen means you can save some money on meals since you don't have to eat out constantly. We loved sitting on the sleeping porch watching the weather change every few minutes.

Loved the location and great hosts but we booked and paid full fare before finding out that the pool and other amenities that we had chosen this venue for would not be available for our stay. Totally understand that it was unavoidable but we made the booking in the basis these amenities woudl be available and thr price didn’t change.
