This beautiful, private guest suite is located next to the main house in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Guests can enjoy comfortable temperatures at this higher elevation thanks to the cool mountain breeze. With its convenient location, both the airport and the town are within a 10 to 15-minute drive. Great place to escape and enjoy the Big Island!

The Mango Tiny House

This brand new tiny house was build around our mango tree with AC. Only 7 minutes from the airport, and a short 15 minutes to downtown Kailua. It's a great place to explore either southern or northern beaches. Things to know: We live on property in the main house You cannot fully stand up in the bedroom loft, it’s 5ft high The house is close to a road, it's fully insulated with double windows but you might hear cars and road sounds. 7 minutes from the airport, 9 miles from downtown Kona, and a short drive to nearby beaches, this delightfully chill guest loft is perfectly situated for exploring all the island has to offer! The bright, tasteful decor is a nod to a musical paradise of yesteryear with both mid-century flare and rustic beach shack charm. It has a kitchen, queen bed, 55” smart tv, private lanai with a panoramic view of the Kona coast and a shared bbq. The Loft sits above the carport on the 2nd floor.

At a higher elevation, the area is much cooler and breezier than staying in town and you can fall comfortably asleep in our comfortable queen-sized bed, listening to the sounds of coqui frogs and waking up to the beautiful sound of birds. Situated on the island's western side at a cool 1300ft elevation, this small cottage is suitable for two people. Privacy is the keyword. This is a quiet, clean, peaceful place with A/C. It is near the airport, town, and beautiful beaches, located in a safe, affluent neighborhood. After the lava eruption on the other side of the island in 2018 subsided, we are now thrilled to have the best air quality and blue skies since 2007!

This is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a simple kitchenette (please note there is no oven or stove). We’re on a busy street, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.
