The Sundeck and pool area provide front row seats for catching rays and watching boats on the river. The hilltop offers a retreat from the bustle of summer yet is only steps away from the chain ferry to town shops, art galleries, and restaurants, and only a short walk to the beach. Morning coffee on the Sundeck as the town awakens is as magical as evening cocktails under the stars.

Our neighborhood abuts the Peterson Nature Preserve and our home can be rented with (if available) one/both of our adjacent two bedroom homes (a fence with a gate separates the homes) if more space is desired. Downtown Saugatuck is a short walk away and Douglas and Oval Beach are easy drives. Enjoy all of the amenities provided indoors and outdoors. All "A Step Away" guests receive a discount when shopping our local store during their stay. Lastly, we're dog friendly (w/approval & fee).
