Peaceful Stay with Sea Views in Genuine Öland Countryside Charming summer house in Södra Näsby, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Southern Öland’s Agricultural Landscape. Enjoy peaceful surroundings with views of the Baltic Sea, wildflower meadows, and grazing cows nearby. The house is partly renovated with preserved charm, a large garden, and a sea-facing terrace with infrared heating. Ideal for couples, families or friends seeking nature, simplicity, and rest – close to beaches and open land.

Cottage located close to the beach and within cycling distance of Byxelkrok. Large garden with teak outdoor furniture. Bathroom with toilet paper, soap, and shampoo provided. Two new 90 cm beds. Small but functional kitchenette. TV (no Netflix, etc.). Dish soap and cleaning products included. Welcomes couple🌈 Due to water shortages on Öland, the accommodation is unable to provide bed linens and bath towels. Two bicycles are available to borrow. WiFi broadband included. Cleaning is not included.

Altan i västerläge med matgrupp och kvällssol. Toalett i huset. Dusch och tvättmaskin i separat hus bredvid som delas med värden. Stor trädgård med grill. 2,7 km till en lugn stenstrand. 3 km till mataffär. 14 km till golfbana. 200 m till Alvaret. Sänglinne och handdukar ingår vid 1 veckas boende. Städning ingår ej!

Semestervistelse på landet, Vimmerby kommun

Fritt året runt boende ute på landet med skogen intill. 500 m till närmsta granne o värd. Närhet till sjö, bad och fiske. Möjlighet att låna båt finns. 25-30 min med bil till Vimmerby, Astrid Lindgrens värld och Bullerbyn. 35 min till Eksjö trästaden, ca 12 km till Mariannelund. (närmaste livsmedelsaffär) Emils Katthult ca 6 km. Bl.a två nationalparker, (Kvill och Skurugata), i närheten med fina promenadstigar. Loppisar. Härlig natur utanför huset för skogsutflykter eller bad och fiske.

A tasteful cottage! Double bed at sleeping room, up to five madrasses on a spacious loft. Sauna and veranda, washing machine, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice, quiet life at the countryside. Trampoline, lots of playgames & books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, we will be neighbors during your stay. 25 minutes to Astrid Lindgrens World. Guidebooks on the surroundings are available at Basebo förlag.

Stuga naturnära på Öland!

Stuga på vår tomt, 42 m2 nere och två sovloft, 13 m2 vardera! Lugnt och naturnära, ändå nära till mycket. 6 sovplatser, fullt utrustat kök och badrum. Ca 4 km till bad. 8 km till färjestaden där köpcentrum, restauranger och stor Ica-affär finns. 4 km till Ölandsbron. 3 mil till Borgholm. 200 meter till busshållsplats! Medtag duschhandduk och egna sängkläder! Vi står för tvål, små handdukar och toapapper! Städning görs av hyresgästen, annars tar vi en städavgift på 800 kr!

Seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 2 beds. About 200 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and famous island Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (86 Lbs) and oars included, april-october.

Charmig liten stuga med närhet till havet

Nybyggd och ljust inredd stuga på 30m2 färdigställd våren 2021. Havsnära läge med delvis sjöutsikt på Sjuhalla, 1,5 km utanför Nättraby i Karlskronas vackra skärgård. Öppen planlösning med kök och vardagsrum. Utfällbart köksbord för att spara utrymme vid behov. Vardagsrummet har TV och bäddsoffa med två bäddar. Rymligt badrum med dusch. Sovrum med dubbelsäng och garderob. Sovloft med dubbelsäng. Möblerad altan med delvis havsutsikt och grill.

Trevligt magasin uthyres på vår gård!

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Ett sädesmagasin som gjorts om till gäststuga med 6 bäddar. Dusch, toalett, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, fullt utrustat kök, tv, dvd, (ej Wi-Fi) finns. Upptäck gårdens alla höns, 2 katter, 1 hund och kaniner. Plocka ägg och njut av frukosten med utsikt över åkrar och skog. Ca 2 km härifrån hittar ni sjön Maren där man kan bada. Det tar ca 45 minuter att köra till Astrid Lindgrens värld.

Panorama archipelago

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”
