Vakantiewoningen nabij een strand in Karlovac

We booked this apartment on the way from Split to Zagreb. The purpose was mainly functional: to have a night along the road with the beautiful surroundings and good rest. The host was very responsive, check-in/out were easy. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the islands. If you feel like cooking, all you need is available. If not, there is a good restaurant next doors with good prices. The place was very clean. Senj is quite windy place, so don't get scared by the noise from the wind in the night.

Very nice and clean modern apartment with a small bathroom and kitchenette. Beautiful terrace. If it’s windy you hear the wind a bit howling.. Julija and Vedran have been very helpful.

Byt je velmi pohodlný, moderně zařízený vším, co potřebujete, a velmi čistý. Velmi pěkná lokalita. Vše je snadno a rychle dosažitelné. Všechno v pořádku, děkujeme!

Tatjana is the best host we ever had. She seemed genuinely nice. Location is very good, it's about 5 to 10 minutes from everything you would want, but there's no hills so you won't get that tired (which is good). We brought our own bikes and I highly recommend it because they turn 5 minute walk into 1 minute bike ride. AC was working well and was quiet. Everything was clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The place was clean and tidy, and Rada was very welcoming. The garden was a lovely bonus, providing a safe space for my 2-year-old daughter to play. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and other local services. The only minor issue we encountered was with the hot water, but everything else was perfect. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend it!

Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Unterkunft. Praktisch eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und nur wenige Minuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und dem Meer entfernt. Ein privater und überdachter und Parkplatz steht ebenfalls zur verfügung. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst freundlich, hat uns mit allen nötigen Infos versorgt und immer sehr schnell auf Fragen/Anliegen reagiert. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft und den Host jedem weiter und würden selber sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Schöner Balkon, mit tollem Blick aufs Meer 🤩 Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt.

Omer was amazingly helpful. The place is stunning, and so clean. We loved it! The only thing that wasn’t 100% was that the host recently added another house to the plot, and we only got to know before we arrived. It was not an issue at all, but we were surprised. I’d recommend this stay 100%, and a big thank you for Omer for being a wonderful host.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben die Natur an der Una genossen. Traumhaft schöne Lage und das Haus und der Garten an der Una erfüllten alle unsere Ansprüche. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und entspannen. Die Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreicht und man bekommt sehr leckeres und preiswertes Essen sehr freundlich serviert. Klare Empfehlung.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, die Lage am Wasser war super. Die Badestelle teilt man sich mit anderen Urlaubern aus dem Haus, was aber immernoch deutlich mehr Privatsphäre bedeutet, wie an einem öffentl. Strand. Wir konnten mit unserem Mietsboot direkt am Haus anlegen, was ein wirklicher mehrwert war. Liegen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wir durften den Grill benutzen, was auch sehr toll war. Parken war kein Problem. Dies ist auch nötig, da man sehr aufs Auto angewiesen ist. Das auf den Fotos beworbene benachbarte Restaurant war leider komplett geschlossen. Mit weiterem Fußweg zu erreichen wären ein Supermarkt, Bäcker und ein Restaurant. Wir haben trotzdem das Auto genommen, da teilweise auch keine Gehwege ausgebaut waren. Die Fotos der Wohnung sind sehr vorteilhaft aufgenommen ;) Wir waren überrascht wie klein es doch war. Es hat für 2Personen trotzdem gereicht. Geschirr war etwas dürftig. Wer Wert drauf legt sollte sich was von zuhause mitnehmen. Die Gastgeber wahren sehr nett

Smještaj je bilo lako za pronaći, doček je bio savršen s obzirom da su nam domaćini poslužili finu domaću hranu i piće. Smještaj je čist s prekrasnim pogledom, a domaćini su se na sve načine potrudili da se osjećamo kao kod kuće. Dane smo provodili u obilasku prekrasnog otoka, a večeri u ugodnom društvu domaćina. Velike preporuke za ovaj smještaj, mi ćemo ga se uvijek rado sjećati.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au bord de la Kupa. Le chalet est extrêmement bien agencé, bien équipé et possède un petit sauna. La nature autour est magnifique, on se sent un peu hors du temps. Jolie plage privée pour nager, plongeoir non loin, possibilités de randos. Merci à Alp pour sa communication efficace.

Our stay at Marin’s place was absolutely perfect. He was very helpful and even helped us change the battery of our car ! The location was dreamy and the view breathtaking. The apartment looked even better than the photos, very clean and functional. Thank you again for your warm welcoming ! We recommend it to anyone interested in a beautiful and unique vacation.

We had a vacation holiday with our family of 4 and the house is super comfortable. Everything is super clean and everything works. All the beds are comfortable. Maja her mother in law is always available to help or answer questions if you have but most of all she is very very friendly person. There are lot’s of things to do in the environment like we went to the island Krk which is nearby and beautiful to do some outdoor tours. We went to the Plitvica lakes which is 2 ours by car but totally worth it. Also kayaking is very nice to do up in the mountains by Mreznica river.

Marko and his brother were lovely hosts and really accommodating. They made our stay an uncomplicated and relaxing experience. The apartment is close to the beautiful town of Senj, but in a really quiet and peaceful corner outside of town. It had all the necessities we needed for feeling comfortable and at home. The highlight was the nice terrace with a view to the sea, where you can also sit and relax when the weather is bad. And of course the beach right below the apartment - great for lazy days! We wouldn't change a thing and would come back anytime! Thank you to our hosts and their flexibility and friendliness!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir als Familie haben uns für die 5 Tage wohl gefühlt. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön und der Strand nur die Treppe hinunter zu erreichen.

Fantasztikus hetet töltöttünk itt, minden a leírásnak és a fotóknak megfelelő volt - vagy még jobb is. Az apartman maximálisan megfelelt a 4 tagú családunk igényeinek. 3 perc séta a gyönyörű tengerparttól. Mindig kellemesen árnyékos, tengerre néző, hatalmas terasz. Tiszta, praktikus berendezés és felszereltség. Két hálószoba két fürdőszoba. Klíma, wifi, mosógép és parkolási lehetőség. 12 perc sétára van egy hipermarket. Terezija és Ivica kiváló vendéglátók, soha nem tolakodóak, de mindig elérhetőek, ha szükség lenne bármire. Házi süteménnyel vártak. Szomorúan jöttünk haza. Novi Vinodolski ezen része álomszép, jól kialakított napozóhelyek vannak, 30 méterenként acél látrákkal a tengerbe. Az árnyékos helyek hamar elfogynak, napsátrat érdemes vinni és tengeri cipőt. Van pár kisebb kavicsos öböl, ahol a kisgyerekek is biztonsággal pancsolhatnak. Szerencsére nincs medúza vagy hínár, de halak igen, érdemes snorkelezni. Inkább családosoknak való, nem bulizós a környék. Imádtuk az egészet!

Wir haben 14 angenehme Tage im September bei Mate in der großen, modernen Wohnung verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön. Es war sehr entspannt. Mate hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar. Perfekte Lage. Schön ruhig, nur 5 Gehminuten zu 2 unterschiedlichen Stränden. Auch nur 20 Minuten um zu Fuß in die Alt-Stadt von RAB zu gehen.

Appartamento confortevole e pulito, area esterna ben attrezzata. La proprietaria molto disponibile e molto attenta a fare sentire l'ospite a proprio agio. Si è preoccupata di farci tenere libero il posto auto e x tutta la vacanza si interessava x come andava. Ci ha fatto un regalo quando siamo arrivati e quando siamo ripartiti.

My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!

The appartment is very spacious, cosy and very clean. The kitchen has everything to prepare your own meals. And the view from the living room and balcony is amazing! On top, Vesna and Ceda are very kind and welcoming, helping with advice if needed. They even brought us some delicious home made cake :) Thanks a lot, Vesna and Cedo
