A beautiful and unique mountains escape with 6.5 acres of gardens to enjoy! Featuring a tennis court, a secret garden, meandering pathways to explore, a huge trampoline and a swing set for kids (and kids at heart), and seasonal gardens. Perfect base to explore the mountains or just have a relaxing weekend enjoying the house and grounds. NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).

Take a 15 minute walk to the picturesque clifftop lookouts and spectacular waterfalls or meander through the friendly tree-lined neighbourhood to sample the local coffee. Listen to the sounds of the frogs in the pond and watch the black cockatoos rest in the trees as you slow down, recharge and soak up the fresh mountain air, secluded amongst the trees.

Surrounded by bush and abundant birdlife, this comfortable, self-contained studio has its own entrance and parking. It is on the lower level of Fernleigh, a lovely home on the edge of the magnificent Blue Mountains National Park. This private space overlooks the bush, a sanctuary from which to base for your mountain break. Recharge on the crisp mountain air, relax in the peaceful neighbourhood, just 7 minutes drive to Leura and Katoomba or a 37 minute walk from Katoomba Station.

Relax in front of the fire or on the undercover back deck, head off on a bush walk in the Jamison Valley, or stroll across the road to take in one of the most spectacular views in all of New South Wales.

Studio White is set at the front of a newly built architect designed residence. It is modern and spacious with a loft netted mezzanine over the living area and is accessed by Italian spiral stairs. The lower living area has a fireplace opening up onto a large deck overlooking the garden and pond. We live quietly in a very separate part of the building. It is tastefully decorated with some special touches reminding you that you are in the beautiful Blue Mountains.

Gowan Brae is a beautifully restored 1910 cottage just five minutes’ walk to Katoomba Village. Perfect for a romantic escape, it features a cosy log fire, French bed linen, elegant bath, furniture and furnishings, ducted heating throughout, boutique bathroom amenities, and fluffy robes and slippers. Centennial Lodge Cottage is located at the foot of magnificent Blue Mountains escarpments in the Kanimbla Valley. It is surrounded by stunning farmland & abundant bird and wildlife. The original settlers cottage has been renovated & is rustic yet very comfortable. Just 15 minutes from Blackheath, (and only accessible from Blackheath) the cottage is totally self contained, with a wood stove and BBQ facilities. A unique rural escape for nature lovers.
