James and Matthew invite you to their peaceful garden studio in the heart of Leura. Your home away from home is only five minutes’ walk from the bustle of eateries and specialty shops in Leura and 10 minutes’ walk to Leura railway station. The cabin is close to the world-heritage Blue Mountains National Park, with the Grand Cliff Top Walk a short stroll away. Enjoy discovering the beautiful houses and gardens of Leura as well as the food and cultural offerings of Blue Mountains villages nearby.

This unique little rustic cabin is like something magical out of the movie 'The Hobbit'. Built all out of recycled materials with a bush outlook . It has all the comfortable amenities you need after a day of exploring the amazing world heritage Blue Mountains area. Mountain View Loft is a studio apartment positioned at the top of the Gully Escarpment with breathtaking views of the mountain ranges. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink on the open deck while gazing off to the blue beyond. Come and stay in this quaint mountain getaway. When it's winter, come and sit by the fire in the mist and fog or soak in the claw foot bath. When summer starts, roast in the warm sun surrounded by our beautiful garden. We are 10 minutes walk from the main street in Leura and only 5 mins from Mt Hay road which connects you to scores of bush walks including the trail to Lockleys Pylon and the Shortridge Pass to the Blue Gum walking track.

As you lie in your cozy bed you can watch the trees and birds from beautiful large windows in three different directions. Please do note that if you have any challenges at all with mobility, Elphin is not recommended.
