Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Best View in Clevedon

We offer a large, modern suite/annex with a private entrance and terrace, situated in the quiet residential area of Upper Clevedon. There is a fantastic 180* view of the Mendips and Bristol Channel, with Wales and even Devon visible on a clear day. Enjoy a drink or breakfast from the selection of items we provide, while taking in the panorama from the terrace or take a 10 mins walk downhill to great restaurants and shops on Hill road or few minutes more to the seafront. An EV charger at cost.

Self-contained suite in Clevedon

Take a break in the West End of Clevedon. The accommodation is self-contained with its own stable door entrance, wood burning stove and private terrace overlooking views across the Land Yeo River and Marshalls Field. This stunning position is only a few yards from coastal walks and cycling routes. Clevedon's famous marine lake, which is open all year for wild swimming, is a short stroll away as are the local pub, post office and some lovely coffee shops a little further along the seafront.

Secluded cider press on outskirts of Bristol

Come and stay on our former Cider Farm surrounded by fields of cows, apple trees, hills and streams. The entire flat has recently been renovated and is now a light, airy and comfy hideaway, with its own separate access. Backwell offers traditional pubs, and restaurants, countless footpaths around beautiful countryside and easy access into Bristol by road or via the nearby cycle path. Bristol Airport is situated 10 mins away by car over the top of Backwell Hill and the station is 5 mins away.

The Garden Room

In Backwell, a 20-min drive from Bristol Airport, relax in the quiet garden room, a contemporary self-contained double bedroom with an ensuite wet room. Arrive to chocolate and a glass of wine, maybe on the terrace. There's juice, fruit and a cereal bar as well as tea or Dolce Gusto hot chocolate, cappucino or Americano. Please let me know of any allergies or intolerances. The Rising Sun is a short walk away and provides great food and drinks all day. Heaven Coffee House is very near too.

LUXURY MODERN STUDIO: Spacious studio with free secure parking. Newly built, Wi-Fi, fully heated and insulated for all year round use. The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. Additional double bed available for an extra 2 guests; £60 fee per night, charged on arrival. Please specify this to the host, at the time of booking. NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Cottage retreat by the seaside

This private cottage is in the heart of Clevedon with easy access to the Clevedon beach front from great coastal walks and to visit our Grade 1* pier. There are also some lovely local restaurants to choose from if you do not want to cook. Great for couples, business travellers and families (with kids who like sofa beds). There is a nice TV, WiFi and we are about to install a wood burner to compliment the air conditioning system for the cottage venting in the bedroom and living space.

The detached cottage offers a high standard of accommodation, its own hot tub, locally sourced continental breakfast, private garden and super-fast WiFi. Woodside - Is an exceptional architect designed barn conversion. Sitting on the entrance to extensive private woodland, whilst located within our own 2 acres of beautiful gardens. We created this stunning addition to our home with its large windows, cathedral ceiling and luxurious facilities. Ensuring we had a state of the art home that would take our guests breath away! We could have created two or even three bedrooms from this space but decided less was more.

The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature.
