Kate’s place was amazing! Such a great little spot right on the edge of the Cotswolds in the lovely town of Carterton. Perfect if you’ve got a dog - the ground floor studio has its own private garden which was super handy. The place was spotless and really cozy. We had an awesome stay and will definitely be coming back!

Perfect spot for attending an event at Oxford Brookes university. Very well equipped flat, with everything you could possibly need. We were very surprised to arrive to croissants and Prosecco. Angela was flexible with check in timing and was always quick to respond.

Beautiful, private perfect space for one or a couple with everything I needed. Beautiful countryside location but near enough to Oxford for me. Victoria and Darren were excellent hosts. The local shop is lovely for coffee and cake though don't rely on it for basics.

This apartment is in an excellent location in Oxford. Everything can be reached on foot. We were there for the May Morning celebrations and could access everything easily. The flat is well equipped despite being small. There was quite a lot of noise from traffic at night. We enjoyed our stay. Oxford in May sunshine is hard to beat!

We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. We had such a lovely stay here and would highly recommend if you want to explore all the beautiful surrounding villages or even if you just want a quiet break from day to day life. It was so helpful having the detailed guidebook and the space honestly felt like home away from home but even better. We booked this bungalow as we were attending a wedding so decided to make the most of the bank holiday weekend. We were over the moon with the bungalow. It is absolutely beautiful. John was a fantastic host, he was friendly and even dropped us to collect our car. Thank you John.

A great place to stay, out of town but easy to access Oxford. Clean, cosy and stylish accommodation, lovely patio, feels like home. Private parking space in front of the house is a great bonus. We had everything we needed for our stay.

High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

We had a short stay of only two nights and didn’t really get around to using the many amenities provided, but never felt we lacked for anything that we did need. House and bed were comfortable, bathroom shower fixtures were easy to work. Good stay.

This was a great apartment and location. The apartment was perfect for a family with 2 teenagers and the location was fantastic.

Het verblijf was absoluut geweldig! De accommodatie is zeer schoon en nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Tevens is de tuin fantastisch! Wij hadden het geluk dat we heel mooi weer hadden zodat onze kinderen er veel (en veilig) in konden spelen. Bryoni is heel aardig en attent. Ze zorgde voor een warm welkom en dat het ons aan niets ontbrak. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Loved staying here as was spacious, clean and relaxing. We could invite our friends back for a drink or afternoon tea and sit in the end room or out in the deck area. The kitchen was well set up for cooking. Washing machine was great to have. Being spacious meant it was relaxing to come back to after being out for the day. The location was a 15 minute walk to the town centre and a few minutes walk from a big convenience store. The hosts were very warm and friendly. They offered to help us with anything we needed We visited Witney from NZ to catch up with old friends. It felt like a home away from home!
