The accommodation comprises of one King bed downstairs, a mezzanine with 2 single beds and second mezzanine with one single bed, both accessed by ladder. Cottage is Off Grid, lights and fridge are solar powered,. Cooker, hot water, heating and shower are powered by gas.

The stone cottage which is over 250 years old has been recently renovated and retains its traditional style: stone and white-washed walls, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. There are also modern conveniences: heating, Wifi, TV with Netflix and fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a vaulted ceiling and the bathroom. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom. Outside guests have their own patio and garden area with seating

There is something in this unique place for everyone. So, whether you are hiking or climbing or just standing still, Draíocht is an ideal base in which to begin and end your day.

Lakeview cottage, Muckross Road, Killarney

Ideally located only 2 km from Killarney town, adjoining The Killarney National Park, with genuine easy 24 hour direct access to it and it's walking and bike trails. Enjoy an early morning lakeside walk or run in the most scenic part of the Park. The cottage overlooks the lakes, situated on 30 acres of private grounds. A shop, pubs and restaurants only 5 minute walk. The INEC is also only a few minutes walk away along the promenade, less than I km.

Built in 1822 the beautifully restored Priory Coach House and Courtyard to The Priory. Walking distance from the town centre. Set on the door step of Killarney National Park. The cottages are tucked into a very beautiful and quite walled courtyard setting.
