Kitchen has breakfast bar, hot plates, microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery and cutlery. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. There is a covered verandah at the front with BBQ. A large open deck is located behind the Studio to enjoy the sunny days. Its just a couple of minutes walk to the beach.

Surrounded by hills, apple orchards and cow paddocks. You have views across the water to Bruny Island. There are vineyards and distilleries close by. Simple, but modern and comfortable styling. It is warm, quiet and private and a perfect base for you to explore Southern Tasmania.
