Our renovated Kingston apartment. House was built in 1888 and has been lovingly renewed and restored. We fussed over every detail and tried to make the space as comfortable and inviting as we could. Many of the furniture pieces we made, or restored. We refinished the old floors and completed re jigged the layout for a more open plan, connected living space. Kitchen and bathroom are completely brand new! The house is in the middle of everything Kingston, and the HV has to offer.

The Swan Cottage was built in 1923 and was fully renovated in 2020. The idyllic location, on a bluff overlooking the Hudson River, is the perfect perch to relax and get away from it all. The front porch is a nice spot to have a cup of coffee and watch the sailboats on the river, while the huge wraparound porch affords terrific views of the river as well as the forest that gives this home a feeling of being high in the tree tops.

Perfect for the remote getaway, this cozy flat is located just two blocks from the heart of Kingston's Stockade restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. This cozy one bedroom/one bath apartment has an open living area, fully-equipped kitchenette, amazingly comfortable queen pillow-top mattress, and a pull-out sofa. This second floor unit includes a dedicated off-street parking spot and use of a shared washer and dryer.

Spend the night in our one bedroom hideaway.  The private suite is tucked away on one end of our brick cottage on one of Kingston's prettiest streets. There is NO kitchen in the space, but a mini-fridge, electric kettle and coffee machine. But there are plenty of amazing local food spots for take out / picnics / outdoor seating / indoor seating !
