A lovely guest house in the garden of a family home, in a quiet residential area. A short drive to local spots such Clifton Village, the harbourside, both universities, Ashton Gate, Southmead Hospital and the BRI, the Balloon Fiesta, and Cribbs Causeway. Easy access to Bristol Airport. Perfect for a Monday to Friday stay or longer lets. Access is separate from the main house and there is ample free parking on the street. The garden is shared with the family - we have a very friendly dog.

You’ll love my place because our spacious, bright detached house is sorrounded by gardens and fields in a quiet neighbourhood, 15 minutes drive from the city centre. Near Blaise Castle with a wonderful view of the River Severn and the mountains of Wales. My house has two double bedrooms with a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with a sunny veranda. Will suit couples, business travellers, and families (with kids). The house is dog friendly, with lovely walks in woodland nearby.

Shepherds delight

Our beautiful artisan built shepherds hut, looking onto the adjacent paddock and a far reaching view, where deer, owls, buzzards and a wide variety of wildlife is often observed. We are situated on the boundary of Portbury Wharf Nature Reserve (North Somerset) Great for bird watching, having three bird viewing hides. Also great for walking and cycling (Portishead) Neighbouring coastal towns Clevedon award winning Victorian Pier, Weston-Super-Mare and Uphill also many other local attractions.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Spacious open plan living area/kitchen with amenities, Two lovely double sized bedrooms, sofa bed, bathroom/cubicle shower, chill out garden area at the back and decking area at the front. The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
