Besonders geeignet ist es für 2 Paare, da es 2 separate Wohnzimmer mit eigenem Schlafzimmer bietet und so auch bei einem gemeinsamen Urlaub Privatsphäre möglich ist. Abends trifft man sich in der gemeinsam genutzten großen Wohnküche. Ein kleineres Schlafzimmer auf der oberen Etage heißt Kinder oder Überraschungsgäste willkommen.
