If something is missing, I'll bring it to you :) The most important thing is that you have your own peace and a private yard and free&safe parking. Apartment Rosa is pet friendly, each pet has its own bowls for food and water :)

Sastoji se od dvije sobe, kuhinje, kupaone i velike terase. U dvorištu je parkirno mjesto, roštilj i vanjski tuš. U blizini je dućan, caffe bar i restoran.

Luce - stone house decorated with a lot of details

House Luce is a beautiful Mediterranean stone house completely renovated a couple of years ago with a lot of love and attention. The owner paid attention to every detail and the house exudes tradition, creativity and a pleasant atmosphere. It is located in a quiet location but close to everything. It spreads over two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. In front of the house guests can enjoy on the terrace with a pergola and garden furniture. Private parking is 100 m from the house.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Beautiful and modern one bedroom apartment, completely renovated! Situated on a great central location of Punat in a nice quiet area, but still close to the town center and famous Punat beaches. From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a family business that would be transferred to their daughters, but later also to their grandchildren. U svojih 50 m2 apartman može ugostiti 4 do 5 osoba, a sastoji se od kuhinje i dnevnog boravka, dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonice s tuš kabinom, i balkona. Od dodatnih sadržaja u ovom apartmanu možete pronaći klima uređaj,WiFi, SAT TV, zajednički roštilj i parkirno mjesto u dvorištu. Kućni ljubimci nisu dopušteni.

We are located at the very South of Punat with the beach being at the tip of your toes (30 m away)! Our friendly host Dino will always be at your disposal for advice and any questions you have.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
