Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Open the sea-blue shutters and let in the cooling breeze, then whip up a snack at the urban concrete kitchen countertop at a breezy waterfront retreat. Step onto the spacious, leafy veranda for leisurely sunset drinks with unobstructed ocean views! The apartment is situated next to a sandy beach for a morning swim and a 2-minute walk from the center of Naousa and its main square. Shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs are within walking distance, yet the area is very quiet and calm!

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

The double room has handmade traditional iron double bed with beautiful romantic furnishings. There is air conditioner, TV, hair dryer, big enough refrigerator, filter coffee maker and what ever is needed for a simple breakfast. The all day shaded terrace is great with traditional oustide couche and table with chairs. The view of the sea and the surrounding islands is panoramic. The unique sunset and moonlit nights amazing!
