As discussed with Hyder, we travelled with our GSD... he had an instant liking to the place. We were offered both the rooms on the 3rd floor and absolutely loved it. The caretaker Saneesh took great care and provided us with all comforts requested. The cook was also very friendly and great at the dishes she served us. All 3 kids of mine had an excellent time walking, with our dog, around the beautiful tea estates near by. Thanx a million Hyder

It was a nice stay…but i think they should provide more blankets for the guests. There was only one medium sized blanket in each room when we stayed. Other than that everything else was good.

I had a fantastic stay! The property is in a prime location in Kozhikode, offering easy access to public transport, which made getting around the city a breeze. Absolutely amazing place, with the tea fields right next door. Ronald was an amazing host and super helpful. There was always great food either cooked by the host family directly or from local restaurants and as much tea as one would like. Furthermore Ronald helped me organize day trips and a taxi to my next location, which both worked seamlessly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

we stayed at Thomas place for a short duration but it was a very good experience. Thomas was very helpful at all times. The place is retro style and worth the experience. he provided all the necessary things, and the place is very clean. The view from the balcony is really good. Overall, the place is very nice.

I spent an evening at this wonderful apartment with a bunch of my friends. Well maintained apartment with aesthetic and tasteful interiors. Good privacy and view from the top! Would highly recommend (5/5) 😀 Just make sure to communicate your check-in time well in advance because the owner lives a bit far away.

The stay was wonderful, no words can describe the love shown by the Jilshoy's family they were so sweet. They took care of us like their own family. They were so flexible to our adjustments. There were two big rooms and a hall, kitchen with two bathrooms. The place is well situated just besides of Kozhikode-kannur Highway and the banks of the River(where we can take a relaxing morning walks) and beaches are near by. Will be experiencing the authentic peaceful Kerala house stay. I can confidently say this is one of the top stays with affordable price in Kozhikode. Jilshoy's family cooks yummy authentic home made healthy Kerala food. Their payasam and fish curries are must try. Overall the experience is so great that next time whenever I visit Kozhikode, Ocen Pearl - Jilshoy's Is the go to place for me to stay. We were greeted by the host's representative on arrival. The place was clean and tidy. We were able to prepare break fast every morning. All utensils were provided. There is a mini mart on the ground floor where all groceries, vegetables and milk is available. Also there is a Cafe on the same floor. Hilite mall is located in walking distance from the apartment. The only drawback worth mentioning is the noise pollution from the road works. Thanks to Ravab for hosting us.

The apartment is a true gem! Feels like home away from home. Came with my family and had a wonderful stay waking up to stunning mountain views. The kids enjoyed playing the games and in the pool. The property is clean and well maintained. Convenient self checkin and ample parking space. The property is really safe and hence would recommend for families. The host Sabeesh was also very helpful throughout our stay. Near to many tourist spots. Overall amazing!

This place is really great to stay, the property is very lush and beautiful. The host Sajan is really accommodating and always available. Extra bedding is provided if necessary. The location of the place is amazing , it’s in the centre from all the must watch tourist attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Whether you go with family or friends the place is extremely comfortable to stay.
