A very nice location with a beautiful view. Place is well kept and the host is friendly and responsive. He was very flexible with check in and check out timings too. The only issue I had was a bad stench which was off putting. Hope Mr Nandan fixes it soon. I would definitely recommend this place

The apartment was well-kept and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, its location on Marine Drive meant that shops were just a short distance away. Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

Staying at Raghav’s villa was an absolute delight! The place is beautifully rustic, offering a remote and peaceful retreat. The large yard, filled with towering trees, creates a stunning natural canopy, making it a perfect spot to relax. One of the highlights is the river right in front of the house, offering breathtaking views of the Chinese fishing nets—truly a mesmerizing sight! The yard is filled with mango and other large trees, and the swing hanging from one of them adds a charming touch. For recreation, there’s a bicycle and even a basketball court, making it a great place to unwind and stay active. The location is also fantastic—not too far from the city, yet secluded enough to feel like an escape. Overall, an amazing stay, and I will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

A memorable stay, we enjoyed every moment spent, walk in paddy fields, stroll and cycling by the river, the morning and evening boat rides. the best part was the complimentary boat pick and drop, my kids loved it. Book the property with no second thought. The best place where you want to spend your weekend with family or friends away from the city hustle. Things to do: Reach the property around late afternoon. Enjoy the sunset and have a great time with all the activities. Try out kayaking and canoeing the next morning, the host will suggest the best places and he will take care of everything. The host, Shiju is super friendly and took good care right from reaching out to the property and till the checkout.

My partner and I really loved our stay and felt at home right away. The surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful right next to the river. The rooms and interior are very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the tranquility and the fact that it is a bit secluded, far away from the chaos of the roads. Mary and Tersa are outstanding hosts with heart and soul. We were so well taken care of when we were both not feeling well. Teresa made us medicine for our belly's and checked in with us daily if we needed anything. We felt so cared for and were back on our feet in no time. With all of our frequent travels we rarely have seen such a dedication and care from our hosts. Thank you Mary & Teresa for having us! We will come back again anytime. wonderful holiday stay at Vaikom, this property offers both comfort and warmth. Mr. Binu, a responsive host, and his dad, Mr. Ramachandra Panickar (a retired IAF officer), was truly welcoming and kind. The house help, Mr. Surendran and his wife, Ms. Rethi Chechi, went above and beyond, treating us like family and preparing delicious meals, tailored for our kids’s liking. The property itself is lovely, featuring three well-maintained bedrooms with attached bathrooms that were spotless from the moment we arrived. Binu also shared helpful contact details for renting a car, making commuting around easy at affordable costs. The breakfast, priced at 150 per person, included idli, dosa, vada, and boiled banana with chutney and sambar. For lunch and dinner, the non-veg option (fish/chicken) was 250 per person was worth for the price point, quality and quantity served while the vegetarian meal was 225. Would definitely visit the next time!

I booked it right away and had a chat with Amruth, who was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit. His excellent local knowledge of restaurants and attractions was a huge help. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was very clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. Nancy, the housekeeper, was incredibly kind and helpful—she even cooked us a delicious meal! The coffee was excellent, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. Madhu is the perfect host and even treated me to two wonderful meals in the short time that I was there. His place was really "Home away from home". His place is super clean,tidy , well furnished, ,killer view, we'll situated....... and having work to complete, I was overjoyed that the room had a work-table , a electrical plubgboard and an office chair. He even offered a large screen , external monitor, since my laptop screen is damaged. Madhu is warm, friendly, considerate and ultra responsive to one's needs . I wish I had about a week more to stay there. If that beautiful, quiet area is where you wanna stay, Madhu's place is 100%, "best pick". I will always check there for availability when in town.
