Everything from Zanna was outstanding in every way. She was attentive to all our needs and any questions were answered promptly. The only problem we had , and this is a Greek problem, was the littering of the local beach . The locals really do need to address this issue and may I suggest that the locals plus the local kids team up and make it a project.

Everything was perfect at Irida Villa. The location combined beautiful sea views from the windows, accessibility to hiking trails in various regions of the islad, and vicinity to Batsi. George was very communicative and helpful, the apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable and with all needed appliances.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im „Rural house“. Es liegt absolut ruhig an der Ostküste von Kea mit Blick auf die Ägäis, Keas Nachbarinseln und ein atemberaubendes Tal, in dem das Auge gerne Ruhe findet. Wir waren oft einfach nur auf der breiten Terrasse gesessen und haben die Aussicht genossen, der Sonnenaufgang fesselt einen ganz besonders. Innen ist das Haus gemütlich eingerichtet und hervorragend zum Kochen ausgestattet. Das macht mit der tollen Musiksammlung ganz besonders viel Spaß. Krysta hat uns persönlich begrüßt und im Haus hat schon ein Willkommenskorb mit griechischen Köstlichkeiten auf uns gewartet. Ein kleines Büchlein mit Empfehlungen liegt aus. Wir mochten besonders den Sikamia-Strand, zum dem man 20 Minuten fährt. Wunderbar ist es auch, morgens den Weg zur kleinen Kapelle und zum alten Waschplatz des Dorfes zu gehen. Ganz besonders ans Herz gewachsen sind uns die zwei roten Katzen und wir hoffen, dass sich die nächsten Gäste auch um sie kümmern. Wir kommen wieder!

We had a fantastic stay at Nestor’s place! Traveling as a family of four (kids 1&3), we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. Theodora kindly met us at the taxi stand and walked us to the apartment. The apartment is spotless and beautifully maintained, with high-quality furnishings and appliances that made our stay extra comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: it’s set in the heart of the old town, just steps away from charming restaurants, shops, and local life. Despite being so central, it felt peaceful and relaxed—perfect for soaking in the island vibe. Our kids absolutely loved the car-free area outside and the incredible collection of toys and books inside. We especially appreciated the private rooftop terrace with a sea view. Communication with Nestor was excellent throughout, and his tips were super helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality home in an unbeatable location.

We had a fantastic stay at Mario’s! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, but the real highlight was the view—it was absolutely breathtaking. Whether I was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel extra special. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. This was our first multi-family international trip, and staying here was definitely the right choice. We explored several of the nearby smaller port towns for dinner, and everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible by car. One day, we even stayed local and enjoyed the beach, which was just a short walk from the house. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly—even taking the time to show my parents how to look for wild asparagus! It was truly a perfect trip and the perfect place to stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat

Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Αγαπάμε τις γατούλες που σεργιανιζουν στα μπαλκόνια. Σε κάποιους βέβαια μπορεί να μην αρέσει το γεγονός ότι υπάρχουν ταιστρες με φαγητό για τα γατάκια στα μπαλκόνια (τουλάχιστον στο δικό μας που ήταν στον πρώτο όροφο) οπότε καλό είναι να το γνωριζουν. Αυστηρος ο κανόνας αναφορικά με την απαγόρευση του καπνίσματος στους εξωτερικούς χώρους.

We had a fantastic stay at Konstantinos! A beautiful place, near the beach, which was paradise. Close to Athens and the temple of Poseidon. Konstantinos was a great host, quick respons and helped us really well. Hope we will return some time.

We stayed over a weekend. The place is lovely and you do not need to bring anything other that your clothes. It has pretty much everything. The host was very friendly and proactive. We felt very welcomed. The place is 3 k from the beach and on the way there are taverns restaurants and supermarkets.

We had a great time. The apartment has unobstructed sea views even from bed. The best 2 beaches of the area as well as the supermarket and the cafeteria-restaurant are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The place was very clean and all furniture and linen were brand new. The host is also very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

What an experience in Kea! Our lovely hosts Tasos and Lila welcomed us in the port and directed us to the house! The dirt road to the house can be a bit challenging if you are a novice driver or have a low car. The view from the house though is unreal. The residence itself is modern stone build following local tradition. Super clean and roomy with everything you will need for a short or a longer stay. Our hosts gave us all the important info of what to see, where to eat and where to swim an all was spot on! Lastly as a bonus they where accomodating with departure. Definitely will be going back!

Die Wohnung war wunderschön und sehr ruhig gelegen, hervorzuheben ist der traumhafte Privatstrand, der nur von den Bewohnern der kleinen Ferienanlage genutzt wird. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.. und vom Bett aus konnte man das Meer sehen!

Ένα γλυκό νεοκλασσικό σπιτάκι, ιδανικό για όποιον θέλει να μείνει στη Χώρα. Πολύ εύκολα βρίσκεσαι με τα πόδια από το σπίτι στο μουσείο, στον πεζόδρομο και σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα της Χώρας. Επίσης παρκαρεις πολύ εύκολα γύρω από το σπίτι. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Das Appartement liegt in einer Anlage erhöht am Meer, wunderschöne Bucht. Die Anlage ist schön bepflanzt mit kleinen Wegen. Dort lebende Katzen sind sehr lieb. Der Service ist wirklich hervorragend. Wir haben bei Anreise klare Anweisungen erhalten und täglich hilfreiche Links für Restaurants und Sightseeing. jederzeit gerne wieder!

Had a great stay at Sabine’s house. The place is exactly as advertised and close to everything. We had a wonderful time.

we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and Panos was THE BEST!!! he made our sty even better!! he even made renting the car so easy, and it was so reasonabley priced. We love Greece, and when we go back we will be sure to stay here again!! He really did make our stay so much better. thank you!!!

We had our Air bnb cancel on us as we arrived in Anavyssos and Elizabeth totally saved us! She was incredible from start to finish. Her and her partner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could possibly need, even turning around the apartment quickly for us as we had been left stranded. I'd hugely recommend Elizabeth's apartment, she was communicative and kind, and we felt so incredibly well looked after.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nektarios’ family villa! The villa is spacious, with spectacular views and a gorgeous Greek charm! We will 100% be back

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Adam. The Villa was beautiful luxurious and private. We had a group of 12 and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. This was the highlight of our holiday. We loved the pool, views and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. We would defiantly come back again and can highly recommend this Villa with wonderful hosts. Thank you.

This place was very spacious for our family of 6 that stayed in April. The private beach access was great and area was quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

Nous avons sejourné 5 nuits dans cette belle et recente maison avec prestations de qualité. Elle beneficie d’un parking ombragé et d’une grande et magnifique terrasse avec splendide vue sur la baie d’Otzias et le coucher du soleil. La chambre parentale et l’annexe sont bien équipées avec decoration sobre. La maison dispose d’une cuisine bien équipée de tous les produits d’entretien dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Le système de climatisation intégrée est agréable. La plage est à 3 mn à pied et 2 tavernes se trouvent à proximité, avec des plats delicieux. Bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison de style.

Idealne miejsce , piękne widoki , cisza , spokój , ogólnie miejsce bardzo urokliwe . Jedyna wadą(nie dla każdego ) że na jednym z pięter tarasu nie było szyb tylko barierki przez które młodsze dzieci mogą wypaść więc trzeba pilnować ale po za tym żadnych zastrzeżeń . Było pięknie ;)

Great house with plenty of space and many balconies to have a meal or just hang out. Lovely hosts, very helpful and responsive. The house is super close to the local beach and not far from a small cafe. The AC was a must in August as it gets quite hot. Everything was great, although the only suggestion we would make is add a second toilet somewhere else than in the single bathroom as it can get ‘logistically’ complicated with large groups. Thanks!

Excellent experience for someone seeking calm, quiet and beauty all at the same! The views are spectacular! The bedroom had all the comforts we could need. We felt right at home in the kitchen which was set up just like ours at home. Because it was the winter season there were very few people anywhere. I felt like we had complete privacy. Danai was extremely responsive with information before we came. And we were very grateful that she was able to be flexible with the hours, allowing us to check-in a bit early after a long flight to Greece. Roi was so welcoming as she opened the house and showed us around the property. We are thankful to both of you, and also thankful for the delicious lemon we picked from the garden. We stayed at this beautiful villa for the first weekend of April 2025, to celebrate a bachelorette party, and it was absolutely perfect! The interiors have a touch of the past, with a gorgeous, upper-class charm that made the whole experience feel extra special. Harris, our host, was incredibly kind and responsive, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free getaway! P.S. Just an hour drive from Athens, the journey itself was a treat - the spring scenery along the way was magical, with blooming flowers and lush green hills setting the tone for the weekend. Worth visiting not only in summer time but also in spring!
