Elegante, con suelos y mobiliario exclusivos, luz natural todo el día y recién renovado, cuenta con dos habitaciones dobles, espaciosas y con vistas al mar, dos baños completos en mármol blanco y una cocina de diseño totalmente equipada junto a un precioso salón con balcón al mar con espectaculares vistas al mediterráneo. El apartamento consta de 3 balcones más y cuenta con caja de seguridad, cámaras de vigilancia, puertas de seguridad, detector de intrusos y detectores de humo conectados con la oficina central las 24 horas del día. Imagínate nadando, haciendo un curso de paddle surf, jugando con tus hijos en la arena, haciendo running a orillas del mediterráneo o sencillamente disfrutando de la variada oferta gastronómica del barrio. Recuerda cerrar siempre con llave. The loft has been restored with attention and care, exposed wood beams and red brick walls feature prominently. Bathroom is a de-constructed concept with a huge shower space, open wash basin and water closet. It is complete with towels, shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryer. Bed is 150 x 190 and situated in the main chamber. Full kitchen is available, with enough seating to choose where you want to eat. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, including fridge freezer, oven, vitro-ceramic stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. THE APT. INCLUDES: Hot/cold AC, Samsung Smart TV with USB ports/HDMI cable, WIFI internet, ironing equipment, AEG washing machine dryer combo. Also has living room and two bedrooms. With balcony over port vell very bright. A room with two beds and one room with bunk beds. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

The apartment mesures 35 m2 and is situated in the 3rd floor of a typical building from the area, with no elevator. It has 1 double bedroom (1.40x2.00 size bed), a living provided by a sofa-bed (1.20 x 1.80 size bed) , a table area, tv, a full equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a little balcony. Towels, sheets and blankets are provided.

It has it's own patio, where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinners or a quiet drink after a day in the hectic city life. The house, since1850, has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed (one is small) 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.
