Villa Babsy, è una bellissima villa in stile sardo su tre livelli con 10 posti letto. Il giardino lussurregiante dispone di una piscina privata con vista mare e si estende su 3 mila metri... è una vero paradiso per rilassarsi! Nel giardino vi è la zona barbecue con forno a legna, la perfetta cornice per serate indimenticabili. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Villa curated in every detail to ensure the best comfort that a house close to the sea is able to offer. Surrounded by greenery it offers the scents of typical Mediterranean vegetation combined with the sea breeze. The villa is located in a quiet street in San Teodoro a few minutes from the beach (8 minutes on foot) and the center with access to all services. The house is on one level and has large outdoor areas equipped.The house is developed on one level with large open spaces.

Pura Vida Villa panoramicissima sul mare nel verde

La Villa, circondata dal giardino, dispone di due ampie verande e di un grande salone da cui si ammira uno straordinario panorama sul Golfo di Olbia e sul parco marino di Capo Ceraso.
