Pouvant accueillir 2 personnes, ce studio de type Savoyard est tout équipé. Cuisine américaine, machine à laver, écran plat , séjour-lit 140/190, dressing, SdB WC et balcon de 5 m² avec vue sur Aiguille du Midi par temps dégagé. Lac, base de loisirs, parc enfants à 100 m. Si vous souhaitez amener votre linge de lit et serviettes je fais une petite ristourne.

modern chalet, 2 double bedrooms and a sleeping alcove ,2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen. whole house, garden and carport for 2 cars. at the end of a quiet road, close to buses (100 meters), trains , and the center of Les Houches(10 mn walking), les Houches ski resort ( 5 minutes) and all the chamonix resorts (20 to 40 minutes). It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

Return to nature, to quiete place and to authenticity!!! Since this cocoon, South facing, you will benefit an exceptional panoramic view to take the breath away (see all comments:). Ideal to leave directly for ski touring since the terrace towards the snowy summits. He is located 100 meters away from the village Boudin (road of col du Pré), of the main road and in 3 kilometers away from Areches. On Wednesday, July 18th, the Tour de France will pass in front of the chalet!!!

Studio confortable lit rénové vue dégagée

Je suis à côté et j'utilise le studio comme bureau hors saison. Je fournis tout comme à l'hôtel, serviettes draps. La localisation est idéale. Tout peut se faire à pied : des sentiers vers toutes les directions, 5 minutes du centre et 15 minutes du supermarché. Le jardin plein sud est idéal pour les soirées relax après l'effort. En voiture accès facile par la nationale très bien dégagée pour Megève (10min), Sallanches (20 minutes) ou Chamonix (35minutes) et parking privé.

Idéalement situé entre La Clusaz et Megève, il accueille confortablement 2 personnes. La Giettaz est un village typiquement savoyard qui a gardé son authenticité avec ses fermes en activités et ses beaux chalets. A 3,5 km accès au domaine skiable de Megève « les portes du Mont-Blanc »
