Bungalow a 100 metros playa, Nueva climatización

Ubicado a 100 mts a pie de la playa de La Mata de arena fina, con garage, terraza , y con muy buena orientación- muy soleado, cercano a todos los servicios (restaurantes, farmacia, supermercado, gasolinera, centro de salud, feria infantil casi todo el año)todo a pie, zona muy tranquila, y un parque natural a 200 metros a pie para hacer ruta en bici o andando (alquiler de bicis a 5 minutos a pie)...y con buenas combinaciones cada 20 minutos) con autobús para Torrevieja, y para Alicante cada hora.

The best & most valued Beachhouse in Mar Menor , with everything you need for your holidays near the beach in a modern, renovated, clean & well-kept home. There are several shops, restaurants, bars, leisure areas & the beach just a few meters away, which allows you to do everything on foot. Free parking area. The house has SE orientation and has sun almost all day long. The large terrace allows refreshing moments in the evening, but in an intimate way. AC/CC and fans in all rooms.

Amazing home , near beach

House on the lovely beach. 80 meters from the sea. It overlooks a wooded square with very nice grass. In the center of the city with shops 50 meters away: supermarket, pharmacy, doctors .... With splendid hiking trails. You can perform sports such as sailing and diving It has two bedrooms, an American kitchen with all the comforts, and a front patio full of sun all year round. All people are welcome, but you can not make parties, and not be noisy. wifi on demand

Familie woning met privézwembad vlakbij het strand

Deze bungalow is centraal gelegen in een gezellige en rustige wijk in San Pedro del Pinatar. Op loopafstand vindt u restaurants, bars, een supermarkt en diverse winkels. De woning ligt op ongeveer 1200 meter van het strand aan de Middellandse Zee. De Costa Blanca is ook bekend van haar mooie golfbanen. Op ongeveer 7 kilometer vindt u de dichtstbijzijnde golfbaan, waar u wellicht zo nu en dan een partij golf zult kunnen gaan spelen.

Moderne bungalo en Torrevieja
