Our 103m² villa is located in the exclusive Santa Rosalía Resort in Torre Pacheco, Murcia. Here you can enjoy its crystal-clear lake, spacious sports and leisure areas, and peaceful gardens that are ideal for strolling, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying a delicious meal. It is just 4 kilometers from the sea and the coastal area of Los Alcázares.

Lujoso chalet con piscina (con cubierta corredera) y barbacoa, a solo diez minutos del centro de Murcia (la parada del tranvía está a doscientos metros de la vivienda). Disfrutad de su precioso jardín, tumbonas, mini-golf y mesa de billar francés. Existe la posibilidad de alquilar por horas la pista de fútbol tenis y pádel con un coste adicional de 10€.
