Overlooking Pequawket Pond, close to everything the Mount Washington Valley has to offer! 1 mile from Kancamagus Highway, the gateway to hiking, scenic drives, or leaf peeping. A quick drive to North Conway shopping, Cranmore, and King Pine. 15 mins to Fryeburg, ME - 25 mins to Attitash and Story Land. Less than a mile to Tuckerman Brewing and Ham Ice Arena. Great spot for all seasons, working from home, or to just relax (cable/HBO and high speed wifi). Pond is great for boating and fishing.

Mount Sunapee is just around the corner (2 minute drive) and offers many fun activities for the whole family. Including zip lines, mtn biking and much more. Three cottages, each with lake view and shared dock, on pristine, quiet Sand Pond are perfect for a family gathering. Three cottages for one rental, offering privacy and indoor and outdoor space for being together. The main cottage sleeps four, has a full kitchen and a screened-in porch; the two studio cottages have kitchenettes and sleep two. It is not ideal for very young children or those who have difficulty walking up and down hill on uneven ground. 8.5% NH Meals & Rental tax applies.

Seasonal lake side cottage

Cottage comes with the use of two kayak's, a canoe, two stand up paddle boards, an outside fire place to roast s'mores. (Please do not use fireplace until dusk). Refrigerator & freezer, microwave, keurig, toaster, basic pots and pans, outside grill,a clean lake with swimming area. Tv/DVD player & DVD’s(no cable). We supply towels,linens & beach towels. Friendly neighbors on either side of cottage. Water is fine to use, but not to drink. A perfect relaxing, unplugged weekend getaway.
