Large kitchenette comes complete with microwave, toaster oven, single burner, large refrigerator, coffee maker, & all pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. Head outside to the backyard and throw something on the grill for dinner. Turn on the fan and open up the windows for a cool breeze on summer nights. Heat control in the winter. Newly remodeled 850 sqft basement apartment, spacious and nice. Quick and easy access to the Mountains to go skiing. 1 hour to Loveland Ski Area. An hour 15 to A Basin. The new A train to DIA has a stop at 38th and Blake that is a 5 minute uber ride from our place. Take the A train for $9 a person. Takes around 30 minutes to or from the airport.
