BEAUTIFUL condo with second to none views of the Gulf. Unit was clean, comfy, homey, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Alex is a wonderful host. 10/10 recommend booking.

My two kids and I traveled to the area and needed last minute accommodations after a snag elsewhere. Maggie was very quick to respond on a Friday night after hours and extremely helpful in making sure I understood the listing and additional pricing for parking and wristbands at the resort before confirming the reservation. Very sweet and I appreciated her demeanor and upfront honesty. Maggie's place was the PERFECT spot to relax and escape to oceanfront living. Beautiful condo, very clean, so much space! The views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful, I could sit watch and listen to the ocean waves roll in all day! SO glad I came across her listing, such a wonderful location, very accommodating resort, and nearby so many places to walk instead of driving! The resort itself was clean, well laid out, and the outdoor pool area was a haven for the kids to splash around and swim, beautifully lit up at night as well. Walk right to the beach from the pool area. Wonderful! :)

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is breathtaking in person. The host is fantastic, super responsive, and easy to communicate with. The place has everything you need for a beach vacation. We will definitely be back!

Our stay in Kim’s condo was quite comfortable and peaceful. The condo was very appropriately decorated for a coastal location. We found it to have all the amenities we needed. The view of the Gulf from the condo was breathtaking!! While we did not utilize the beach the view was still magnificent! The weather was perfect!! This was our fourth visit to Panama City Beach, and our third stay in the condo. The condo is conveniently located to several restaurants and grocery markets. We are looking forward to returning to Panama City Beach and renting Kim’s condo, if it is available. Beverly

Condo looks exactly like the picture. Residents were friendly and the community is quiet and peaceful. LOVED the views and easy access to the beach. Communication was great and Rosysan was receptive to feedback. Really enjoyed my stay for my birthday and would visit again!

I really enjoyed this place. The views are absolutely amazing. The host is awesome and so helpful. The overall experience was one that I would definitely want again.

We loved Cindy’s place at Pinnacle Port. Great location with easy access to the beach. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the ocean and we loved the high top chairs nestled in corner for morning coffee and dolphin watching. The condo was beautiful and had everything needed for a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend!

Great stay! The location is perfect — just across the street from the beach and a 25-minute walk to the pier. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean, and communication with the host was excellent. Parking is free, and the pool and hot tub are warm and relaxing. A few downsides: despite a $150+ cleaning fee, guests must still take their own trash out. Also, there are extra charges for beach towels, late check-out, holding bags, and beach gear (over $100 for chairs and a wagon!). We bought our own chairs and umbrella at Costco for less. If you’re driving and can bring your own items, it’s manageable, but if you’re flying, be ready for added costs. Overall, a very nice stay — great location and great communication!

We had a wonderful girls trip! The condo is lovely with amazing views. Sunrise/sunsets were beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, by far the largest I've had at any Airbnb. The location is perfect, beach services 5 stars. Communication with Timothy 5 stars. I am already checking dates for future vacations. P.S. I sent the listing to my sister and parents! If you're looking for a convenient location look no further, this unit is very close to all the main attractions in PCB. The unit is exactly as described and you will love the view from the balcony on the 17th floor. Instructions were simple to follow and everything at the resort was easy to acess, including parking. We enjoyed our time and highly recommend booking!

Gary’s condo is simply beautiful! We were impressed with the high quality of this condo- beautiful crown moldings, soft fluffy towels with no stains, high end bed linens and comfortable mattresses and pillows. And everything you could possibly need in their well- stocked kitchen. We loved the view from the balcony (15th floor) and enjoyed seeing the stunning sunsets. We made some wonderful memories with our family! Thank you Gary for your prompt responses and for sharing this lovely condo!

My family and I had the most wonderful time at your property truly a charming and unforgettable place. We drove nine hours from our city, and although the journey was long and exhausting, the moment we opened the door to your beautiful apartment, all the stress disappeared. The space is exactly like the pictures warm, peaceful, and full of harmony. One of the most magical moments was standing on the balcony at sunset, watching the sun slowly melt into the ocean. The golden light reflectad off the water, creating a sense of peace and awe as if time had paused just for us. It felt like being on a cruise, surrounded by nothing but sky and sea. There are no words to truly capture how special this experience was. We will absolutely come back. Thank you for opening your space and sharing such beauty with my family. P.S. We were all truly impressed by April’s artwork her paintings are beautiful and brought such a special touch to the space!

Beautiful Place, in A Great Location!!

We enjoyed our stay! I brought my 7 year old for his spring break and he had the best time! He loved the bunkbeds and that they had an indoor pool. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

We stayed for fall break with our two teenage kids and there was so much to do and plenty of things to walk to and do at the condo. The view from the balcony was amazing and waking up from the master bedroom and seeing the ocean view was incredible. The restaurant at the condo had great food and everything was very nice and clean. The condo has everything you need from kitchen supplies to beach chairs and towels and even a backpack cooler. We truly enjoyed our stay and Michelle was an amazing host and very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The state was very great for me and my family. We will come back again. He responded very fast. The check-in was very easy. The neighborhood was very quiet right by the beach like five minutes away restaurant everything was 5 minutes away

Beautiful gem of a spot close to everything. Great spot for a big family to stay the weekend. Excellent amenities, pool and ocean views. Very clean, which is very important for me. I would highly recommend this BnB and definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this house so much! Beautiful home & backyard for hanging out. Great location and only about 2 blocks from a boat ramp if you are in town for fishing. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful, completely updated condo! Everything was very clean and decorated amazingly. This unit has a gorgeous ocean view, easy beach access, and two awesome pools. We have stayed at Dunes of Seagrove multiple times and this condo was by far the nicest. Great location on 30A, also. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to stay at this condo again!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. The sound of the ocean waves was peaceful. I enjoyed my first visit to Panama and staying here made it more enjoyable.

This is our second stay and definitely not our last! We travel to PCB every April for a softball tournament. Philip's home is perfect! It's in a quiet neighborhood without the hussle and bustle of PCB and yet minutes from all that if you want it. Super convenient to multiple supermarkets, restaurants, and sports complexes. The house is spotless, well stocked, and the fenced in backyard is great for our dog. The pool is lovely and a welcome spot to cool off and unwind after long days at the ballfields! We look forward to Spiderz PCB 2026 here!

Beautiful space with short walk to the beach! Our young children loved the bunk beds and we loved that they had their own space to nap/sleep so we didn’t have to share a bedtime. We also enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs. Nice location in 30A that didn’t feel crowded but you can quickly drive or bike to restaurants/shopping. The gelato stand and bar on site were also super convenient.
