We truly enjoyed our stay at Ms. Tin’s place. My husband and myself enjoyed it the most since we were able to really sleep well at the “kubo” and we thought it’s been a while since we were able to do that. We felt fully rested afterwards. Although at first, our 2 teenagers were unsure of the accommodation as typical kids who grew up in the city, plus the challenge with their mobile signals and wifi. But after a day, they were able to adjust and found things to entertain them. It was a good experience for them too. They also enjoyed the beach, which is within walking distance only as well as the different food we tried around the neighborhood. The best we had was the pandesal just accross the street. Ms. Tin is also a wonderful host, always ready to answer our questions and/or address any concerns we have. Her daughter and other folks around are amazing too! 10000/10 Experience 💫 We are a group of 13. The property is stunning clean, cozy, and surrounded by breathtaking nature. What we loved most was the exclusivity of the place; it was all ours to enjoy. We enjoyed unlimited kayaking, the spacious pavilion, and the incredibly roomy accomm's. Even with our group size, the Balay Daku and two tipis were more than enough to fit us comfortably. There were plenty of extra mattresses and blankets, and the place stays refreshingly cool, making it perfect for relaxing. We also took advantage of the complimentary Ilog tour. While the weather didn’t cooperate for other activities (it rained the whole weekend), we were still able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the quiet escape. A special shout-out to Kuya Joven who was always available and attentive to our needs. And to Kuya Kirby for being so responsive and very welcoming! If you're looking for a secluded, nature-filled retreat with no internet distractions, this place is perfect!!

We love the place. Arnold is very accommodating and also his staff. It’s a great place to relax away in the city. They also have a restaurant in case you get hungry and you don’t want to cook.

The place was such a breather and worth a visit or more! Arnold’s place is perfect for those who want to have a marvelous treat for themselves, the picturesque view of the pacific ocean waves free from the crowd is priceless. We will surely comeback!Thanks for having us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed our stay at Rocky's place. My daughter celebrated her birthday here with her friends and we all had fun! The view from the corner unit is gorgeous and the videoke feature was another bonus. We loved chillin' at the sands bar and the wave pool!

Got some few problems at first but Jonathan made sure to fix it, and we got our overnight with his place, thank you Jonathan!

Azure was few mins walk to shopping and SM grocery . SM opens at 10am. They let Uber/Grab car pick and drop you off at the building door. Guest need to be clear to the host if you plan to invite someone to swim or have dinner with you in the condo You need to register them and Azure require this ahead of time at the beginning of stay. Even if they arr staying only for few mins. We stayed here for 12 days and unable to invite impromptu for family bonding and had to do it in a restaurant. We used the unit then as a base during our vacation, traveling between provinces within Southern Tagalog Region. FYI Only 4 allowed to go up in a 1br condo IF guest is registered . Only 4 allowed to swim in the pool per room IF they are registered and u have to pay 250php each in excess of 2 for half-day. Currently 2 building constructions so bring your dust mask. Guest parking 50 for 1st 3 hr. Even just for 15mins. Overall, Ghems unit is nice, overlooking the beach-pool area and serves its purpose during our stay in the Phil for a very resonable price.

We had a wonderful stay here , room were very clean and excellent place with all the kitchen utensils needed. The owner are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

The unit is spacious and had the amenities we needed. But it will be better if the curtains on the rooms are blackout because of the hot temperature especially noon time. Overall, it is a good place to stay. The host is very responsive.

Loved this place. Perfect location. Near the airport and next to the mall. Very convenient to what you need and extremely safe. Security everywhere and at your building. Love the wave pool and beach pool for my child and loved the view of it from the balcony where I had breakfast. Unit is very clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Hope to be back again.
