The most accommodating host i have ever met. They assisted us without any hesitations. If i could only give more than 5 stars, i would.

Our team had a great time! There were ocassional power outage but the caretaker is just beside the property, he gave us rechargeable lights, the owner is also very helpful, we left an item and we hope to get it back. we also made an internal arrangement. We'd love go back maybe with our families.

Eliz and Gina was very flexible with the check in right off the bat. Due to my ride and the scheduling, i was in the area very early and was able to check in much earlier than scheduled. The place was roomy and with the two beds put together side by side, i basically had a king size bed all for myself. Bathroom had a nice strong and warm hand held shower head. The place is located in the middle of the neighbourhood so i was able to get to know some of the locals and there are a few local eatery places that are very inexpensive. Just 10 minute walk to Burgos street and Makati Avenue where there are bars and more places to eat at and also 10 minute walk the other direction towards Rockwell which has the big shopping mall and more places to eat and see. Eliz and Gina were very responsive when i ask for extra towels, bathroom tissue and filtered drinking water. I was here for a month and a half so I needed something affordable and this place was perfect. I would definitely comeback!!!

I enjoyed staying in Tanay. It's a pleasant small town with a beautiful church and great views over the Laguna de Bay. The place was well-situated within walking distance of all the places I wanted to visit, and the owner helped me with advice on how to get to where I wanted to go next.

The place is very suited for bachelors 😄. I had fun being alone here. Ma'am Cat is very kind and accommodating. While staying, I highly recommend visiting their club house and the historic Binangonan lighthouse. The lake view is great here, especially during sunsets. You can also fly drones here but not towards the residential area. The subdivision itself is quiet. There are no stray dogs chasing anyone during the night. The people are also kind; I didn't feel any xenophobia. Tl;dr: don't hesitate to stay here. Ma'am Cat is very approachable, so don't hesitate to contact her if you have any questions or concerns.

The place is clean and organized complete in everything you need. The neighborhood is peaceful andquiet. . It is easy access wherever you want to go in Laguna. Overall me and my friends are all satisfied in our stay. We will go back for sure next time.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Bea's! The guest house was wonderful and offered ample space for the kids to run around. We appreciated the secure and peaceful atmosphere of the compound. Even during the summer heat, the house stayed comfortably cool as doors and windows were designed for air to flow through and through. Bea and his mom were incredibly attentive, proactively ensuring we had everything we needed. Special thanks to Mommy May for her exceptional hospitality – she truly made us feel like family and was the best host we've encountered!
