Casa de Cozumel (House of Swallows) is a beautiful Lakefront Home on Clear Lake just one hour north of the Napa Valley and 3 hours north of San Francisco. This listing is for the lower floor guest suite with seperate entrance, bath, kitchenette and bedroom and fireplace sleeps 5 ($150 -$225 per night). There is private patio, bbq , firepit, dining area that our guests have exclusive use of. We also give our guests exclusive use of the sundeck, dock, spa and lower patio. The kitchenette inside is small and is suitable for light use. We have added a small Apt size stove/oven (with pots and pans) and refrigerator to a covered outdoor kitchen. There is also the following: compact under counter refer/freezer, sink, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, InstaPot and juicer. Most people use the bbq to grill and make salads etc. We have two small kayaks and one SUP (stand up paddle) available for our guests and you are welcome to bring your own kayak, canoes and PWC. We do not rake any responsibility for injuries due to use of these items as they are used at your own risk. Required rules for using the spa,. kayak and sup are posted in the unit. If you plan on bringing a motorboat please inquire prior to arrival if space is available. This property is perfect for couples, small family groups, friends and traveling professionals. You must be at least 21 to book this property or be a guest UNLESS you are traveling with a parent or guardian. In order to keep this listing available for travelers and holiday seekers we also do not allow residents of Lake County to book without prior permission of the host. The house rules are posted inside the space. We do ask that you be respectful and obey the quiet times of 10pm to 7am and follow the checkout procedures. As of the summer of 2025 we have plenty of water in front of our dock and no significant Algae blooms. During the summer months the water quality for swimming because of Algae blooms though can vary day to day. We will do our best to advise the lake quality but there are still plenty of activities, kayaking, fishing and soaking in the spa. We can offer suggestions of other closeby lakes with beach access that are available for day use. We recommend Pine Acres Resort with a Day Pass Mon - Thur for $15 or Blue Lakes Lodge everyday $50. Reservations are required for both. You can also access the lake free from Hwy 20. We are required to collect TOT taxes , city of Clearlake and County of Lake for a total of 11.5% for stays less than 30 days. Een heerlijk/leuk/gezellig huis gelegen aan het water in Clearlake Keys met gemakkelijke toegang tot het meer en de wijnmakerijen. Ik ben een Superhost en zal er alles aan doen om ervoor te zorgen dat je een geweldig verblijf zult hebben! Het huis is gelegen in een van de beste plekken in de Keys, zeer dicht bij het meer waar de kwaliteit van het water het beste is. Kies ervoor om op de beste plek te zijn, omdat de huizen verder weg van het meer misschien niet ideaal zijn voor wateractiviteiten. Boek bij een SUPERHOST, neem het risico niet met onervaren verhuurders!

Huisje op terrein aan het meer.

Dit is een gezellige kamer die aan de garage is bevestigd op onze prachtige met bomen bezaaide accommodatie van een halve hectare aan het meer. De slaapkamer (tweepersoonsbed) en het bad zijn vrij klein (niet ruimte voor veel bagage), maar perfect voor een paar nachten verblijf. We hebben twee stoelen en een tafeltje direct buiten, en er zijn andere ontspannende plekken. De inchecktijd is normaal gesproken om 15.00 uur, maar kan eerder zijn met voorafgaande toestemming. We verhuren ons huis ook af en toe. Het zijn twee aparte plekken die niet bijgevoegd zijn.

Doe het rustig aan bij Dancing Waters gelegen aan Pirate 's Cove in dit unieke en rustige uitje. Geniet van het steeds veranderende uitzicht met vele soorten vogels tegen de achtergrond van Mt Konocti. Christmas Special: Geniet van toegang tot de pier, inclusief mediteren onder de piramide. We hebben dit appartement van 450 vierkante meter gecreëerd vanuit het bestaande huis waar we momenteel in wonen. Het heeft een aparte ingang op straat met parkeergelegenheid. Het heeft een kingsize bed, 50inch tv, bureaus, elektrische open haard, mini-keuken/bar.

Vergeet je zorgen in deze ruime en serene ruimte. Deze woning aan Clearlake is het perfecte uitje voor jou en je familie en vrienden. Het beschikt over drie slaapkamers, 2,5 badkamers en alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. De keuken is onlangs gerenoveerd en volledig gevuld met de tools die nodig zijn om je favoriete maaltijd te koken. Je kunt ook barbecueën op het dek terwijl je naar de mooiste zonsondergang in Noord-Californië kijkt. 2 vuurkorven, een bubbelbad en toegang tot het meer, deze woning is alles wat je ooit nodig hebt op vakantie!
