I can’t say enough great things. I did an extended 1 1/2 month stay and it felt like home from the day we entered. Everything was comfortable, labeled and easy to find, quality nice dishes, silverware, etc. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Two full size extremely large and comfortable bathrooms. Three very good size bedrooms. Look out the windows when waking up to see the lake as soon as you sit up. Anything that is needed, Steve and Marisa are on it. They even asked us what things we liked and were sure to have it for us. I won’t spoil the rest. But I have stayed in many AirBnB’s. This one goes above and beyond. They even had pictures in the house to make it feel lived in. Has a cute theme as well. I will definitely look this up each time I come back to Chicago area. It’s worth the slightly extra drive to stay outside of the city and get a nice view, yet still just be a short drive from downtown. First I just want to say thank you to the host of this wonderful property. I was in town for my father’s funeral and needed space to accommodate my family during this difficult time. Reliable Properties were extremely professional and accommodating to my needs. I was able to check in early due to a misread on my part. The home was exactly how it was pictured. It may look small but it is very spacious with open concepts. Given the fact that my father’s home was not big enough to host family. My family unanimously agreed that this experience was like no other. Everyone just loved their time in this home and I couldn’t be more happier in knowing that people were pleased. If I could give the host 10 stars I would. I often travel, and trust me, this place is prestigious. Some of the best properties in this country reside in Gary, IN, and this is one of them. Thank you all again for this experience. My family and I have memories that will last a lifetime!

Kelly’s place was wonderful. There’s a lot to enjoy here from a wonderful backyard with a fire pit, a lovely front porch, a chill side porch with a grill, a second floor balcony, and a sun room. The place was perfectly clean when I got there and they so nicely left out plenty of clean towels and sweatshirts for myself and my friends. I would definitely stay again if I came back to the area!

We loved Jill’s place! It was so private, lovely art and great light from windows facing a large wooded yard. My dogs were in heaven! And so were we : ) We would love to return to that fantastic place.

We had an absolutely lovely time! We took a family trip and the house was perfect for 6 adults and 5 kids. The beach was super close to walk to. The large house was perfect for everyone to have their own space. The spacious living room/kitchen was a great place to spend family time cooking, playing games, eating, etc where we could all be together but doing separate things. There were plenty of towels for everyone for that many days which surprised me! Inga had thought of everything! There was all the extras you might need too like cooking basics, sunscreen, flashlight, bug spray, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas! And the espresso machine was also a hit with our family! Thank you so much Inga for having us!! We made memories that will last a lifetime in your beautiful home!

We loved it here! Easy walk to the beach and 10 mins from the nat park! Insanely perfect!

It was an absolute BEAUTY of a stay. My husband and I literally booked it last minute. (1 hours before leaving) and the host immediately responded and was so friendly and kind. It’s about a two minute walk from the beach. Very quiet, the house has a lot to culture. I felt right at home, truly. Thank you Matthew !!

This was probably one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The place was super clean, the beds were extra comfortable and you can tell the hosts put a lot of care and attention into the rental. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. The beach is a close 5-10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. The beach/ park is beautiful too. There’s lots of restaurants and coffee spots within minutes. 10/10 recommend this place over a hotel any day!!
