Spacious home. Elvis my German Shepherd really enjoyed running and sleeping on the carpet upstairs. He’d never seen carpet before. Great kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice neighborhood. I’d stay here again.

Jon was an extremely responsive and helpful host, and this home was perfect for our entire family (including our dogs)! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely look to book this home again when we come back to the area.

This place was beautiful! Beds were comfy, rooms were nicely decorated, and bathrooms and kitchen were squeaky clean! Everything matched the listing! The kids loved the arcade games and especially the bean bag in the basement! The carport had comfy furniture to sit and enjoy the cool outside air. The beach was super close to walk too and we were literally the only ones in the back for a good stretch! We got takeout from Flamingos Pizza down the street and the only downfall was kids were not allowed to be there and the staff was kind of rude to them while we waited (only putting this here for future reference of people with kids). We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family trip to Miller Beach. The house is beautiful, comfortable, casual & beachy; we utilized every area of the house- breakfast & coffee on the back terrace, cocktails on the front terrace, football on the tv upstairs, tennis on the tv downstairs, family dinners in the dining room, plenty of room in the living room for watching movies together. Loved all of the light in the house- we all felt like we were staying in a tree house! The kitchen was very well-appointed, so nice to have spices and every type of dish/pan/cooking utensil. The beach is beautiful- we walked down to the Dunes and hiked around there, gorgeous. The beach wagon is brilliant, all packed and ready to go. The dogs were in heaven exploring the safely fenced property. Communication with hosts was great. Had pizza & food delivered; we only left the property to hike & go the the beach. Perfect!

Our stay at Haylie and Chris’s place was absolutely amazing! The location right on the river was breathtaking—we loved waking up to the serene views and enjoying the peaceful sounds of the water. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Haylie and Chris were outstanding hosts, so welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of our visit was perfect. This was truly a getaway to remember, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay!

Kelly’s place was wonderful. There’s a lot to enjoy here from a wonderful backyard with a fire pit, a lovely front porch, a chill side porch with a grill, a second floor balcony, and a sun room. The place was perfectly clean when I got there and they so nicely left out plenty of clean towels and sweatshirts for myself and my friends. I would definitely stay again if I came back to the area!

The house was perfect for my week long vacation. The amenities were luxurious but also felt like home. The location also felt safe and easy to navigate. It surpassed all of my expectations, especially having a young one. The host was very kind and friendly. I would stay there again without question.

What an awesome stay! Karen was an excellent host, giving us local recommendations, leaving lots of snacks/wine, and always quick to message me back! Her place was so cozy and in such a beautiful location, with the beach being just a few steps away. She had great amenities including AC, a smart TV, and a very functional kitchen. We would recommend this airbnb to anybody looking for a beachside getaway!

Marlena rental unit was very clean and easy to get into. The area is walkable if you do not have a vehicle, there is a subway and Mexican restaurant in front of the rental unit and a gas station across the street. Good location!

great stay, close enough to downtown chicago

It was an absolute BEAUTY of a stay. My husband and I literally booked it last minute. (1 hours before leaving) and the host immediately responded and was so friendly and kind. It’s about a two minute walk from the beach. Very quiet, the house has a lot to culture. I felt right at home, truly. Thank you Matthew !!

This was the perfect stay for a weekend trip to Chicago! Free parking was always available, the check-in process was a breeze, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day of exploring the city. The train being close to the airbnb didn’t bother us at all. The neighborhood felt safe, and the nearby beach is a must see if you stay here!! Overall, our stay was phenomenal and Nick was beyond kind! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Good bnb in an okay location. The drive to the city isn’t too long, but it was a bit loud overnight.

A charming cottage just minutes from the lake. Each room has tons of character. Sylwia really thought of every detail. There's plenty of space for a large group. Thank you again!

The pictures don’t do this house justice. Beautiful views, comfortable and clean accommodations. We had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and kind. Thank you for allowing us to check in a bit early. It really helped after 3 long days of traveling.

Perfect couples getaway. We were there in off season so nice and quiet. Great lake views. Hubby was fishing off the dock everyday and I sat on the covered back porch looking at the lake and enjoying my book. Very clean! Great grocery store a few minutes away! Strack & Van Til. Great dinner at the Lighthouse just 5 minutes away. Very nice affordable winter weekend getaway. Jent was amazing. Quick response to questions. There's a piano that's in tune that I missed in the pictures. Would have brought some sheet music.

This place is a great getaway. If your looking for a place in Miller Beach area and want to see copious amounts of varying wildlife just hanging around then this spot is just what your looking for. The host Blake is very responsive and respectful. I stayed for over a week with my dog and he didn’t want to leave. You won’t either.

We loved Patrick’s place. It’s located right in the dunes, next to the park, with a lovely walk down to the glorious beach. The house is lovely, with contemporary interiors, and very comfortable in all ways. A short drive gets you to downtown miller beach with places to eat out or pick up. Communication with Patrick was excellent. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again!
