There is one queen bed and the couch is a futon that opens into a full size bed. Bedding for the futon is located in the bedroom closet and includes a foam topper. Shell station/mini mart and Apple Capital loop trail are less than a mile away. Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, and Mission Ridge range from 25-40 minutes away and the Gorge Amphitheater is less than an hour drive.

Welcome to the Pine Street Studio. We are just 5 blocks (1/2 mile) from the center of town in a residential neighborhood. This unit has it's own private entrance and dedicated parking spot right outside the front door to the unit. It's a spacious studio with full kitchen and bathroom. We live in the main house. You'll have complete privacy during your stay but we're available should you need anything. Our occupancy limit is two guests regardless of age (a child of any age counts as a guest).

Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

The IvyWild - Apartment in Tudor Historic Home

A few years ago, I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.

We live next door so this is a great space to rent if you are looking for quiet accommodations near town or recreation areas in the Icicle valley. Sorry, we don’t allow pets or any animals as the space has soft pine flooring damaged by paws.
