This was our first Airbnb experience and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! Jonie and Ryan were very helpful and the home suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the ample space and beautiful river view!

I stayed here with my girlfriend and daughter for 2 days. It was perfect for us, we used the big backyard to our advantage. Played cornhole, daughter had fun on the play set, and had a nice fire one night. The inside was absolutely spotless, and well taken care of. There was a binder to explain everything about the house, food nearby, and check in/check out help. Thanks Alan we had a blast!

Lovely welcome for us and for our little dog. We had bitter cold and lots of snow; Barry kept walks clear for us as well as clearing a swath of lawn for our little dog. We appreciated the filtered walter too.

This was my second stay at Andrea's place. Check-in is easy. Linens and towels are provided. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. It's a plus that the property is dog-friendly and it's easy to take walks around the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse! The space was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we especially loved the thoughtful breakfast treat that perfectly matched the theme—it was such a special touch! One of the coolest parts of the stay was getting to experience the free-range chickens, peacocks, ducks, and guinea fowl roaming the property—it added such a unique and fun touch to the whole atmosphere. The home itself is spacious making it an ideal spot for a larger group. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the yellow dog retreat for my husband’s birthday celebration. The hosts left us a welcome basket with treats and even hung up a happy birthday sign to celebrate. The house was extremely clean and in a perfect location- right next to one of the many wineries in the area. Host was very responsive and helpful during our stay, and provided great local recommendations. A big bonus was a few visits from Brucey- the host’s yellow lab that lives next door. Would love to come back again soon!!!

Our family had a great stay! Nicole was super responsive and helpful as we prepared for the trip. The house had everything to entertain our four-year-old with a spectacular play room and room-darkening curtains/ pack and play for our 6 month-old. The perfect place for our weeknd in Ytown!

Nice neighborhood clean house Paul was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any questions.

We rented both orange and clementine houses and was a great space for our large family in town for a wedding in Orchard Park. The host was quick to respond and flexible with check-in and out times and kept the pool open for us for our later September visit and we got to really enjoy it!

Enjoyed my stay here. Matched the description. Clean comfortable. Would’ve Loved to had enjoyed all the amenities but we were out of season. The Nintendo 64 was nice nostalgic touch, greatly appreciated. Overall, great stay would recommend and would stay again.

Perfect place to stay for our 25K Trail run at Cook Forest. We love cooking together in the kitchen and really enjoyed the pool on Saturday after the run. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful house with us. We created life long memories with our 4 Amigas running group. Thanks again.

It was our second time staying at Charlotte’s place and everything was perfect, just like before. They made some changes inside the barn and it is even cozier now. We were pretty late to check in, but Charlotte was so accommodating and flexible and made sure we had a little extra time in the morning. We loved gazing the night sky, setting up a little fire, the quiet morning stroll and the genuine details that have gone into planning this haven. It rained for a bit and that added a serene charm to this beautiful property. It was indeed a memorable getaway and we would love to come back!

The Carriage House is one of the most peaceful places that we've ever stayed. The Rustic character and decor felt welcoming and comfy. The view of the pond in the morning while listening to the birds and drinking a cup of coffee - unbelievably Zen. We enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi and having a good steam in the Sauna. The quietness was particularly stunning as well. We really felt like we had our own personal Spa for 5 days. I'm from the Knox area and will be staying here from now on whenever we're home for a visit. Our black lab Bella also enjoyed chasing the ball in the big field and going for a swim in the pond as well. Perfect place for a dog! Thank you Maria for sharing this delightfully beautiful place with us!

Beautiful home! Spacious and comfortable! Backyard was completely fenced in, and the neighborhood was quiet! The kitchen had almost every type of appliance and utensil that you would want for a “staycation!” The hot tub was also delightful and well maintained! And plenty of towels! We look forward to coming in the summer

Sean went above and beyond to make our family feel incredibly welcome, and he was willing to accommodate a particular request that we made so that we could personalize our time in Mercer for our family. We are so thankful for being able to bring our family to Sean‘s place, and we will always hold it as a special place in our families’ memories!

This was a perfect overnight stay on our way home. Close to the expressway. Right on par for the cost of a hotel with all the comforts of home. Very nice sunset across the vineyards! Our golden loved laying in the grass in the backyard! The spring flowers were all in bloom!

Really enjoyed our stay! It was central to everything we wanted to do. The place was secure and easy to find. We had absolutely no trouble whatsoever while we were there. Corrine was extremely helpful and friendly!

Sarah's place was so nice inside and the outside was a picturess farm view and very peaceful surroundings. She was very courteous to us and informed us on the area. The place was very functional with every convenience. A great place to relax after a long day. We hope to return someday. The perfect place for a single father to take his two little girls. The cabin is very unique with amazing views. A well stocked kitchen and plenty of firewood to burn at the fire pit. Really awesome hiking trails. The pond was our main area of interest as we caught and released frogs, toads and salamanders. We also enjoyed canoeing around the pond. I couldn’t have asked for a more well rounded environment to truly introduce my girls to the outdoors while still having access to the modern day commodities. A home run if you truly want to introduce the family to the outdoors but not feel stranded. The Host was super welcoming and polite while being very proactive when coming to any type of communication. I couldn’t say thank you enough for providing such a great experience.

Quiet neighborhood, very nice hot tub, and very clean rooms. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Erie.

The space was perfect for us with our pup. Nice kitchen for preparing our meals, one of my favorite parts of renting. Living room was comfortable & outdoor space would have been enjoyable if the temp had been a bit warmer. Bed was comfortable as well. Linda and Gary were gracious hosts.

We have stayed in Susan's home multiple times and she never disappoints. Her hospitality is above and beyond, and she goes out of her way to make you feel cozy and right at home! She has everything you need to get started for your stay and then some - including decent toilet paper, tissues, a lighted make up mirror and cozy blankets amongst many other things. Everything was very clean as always and she's quick to respond to any communication. Her place is very convenient to downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort - maybe 10 minutes. If you're looking for an awesome place to stay.......this is it!

We stayed at Gregory’s place with our dog while we visited with family in East Aurora. Gregory is warm and inviting. His place is comfortable and homey. His property was perfect for our dog to play and run. Great place to stay!
