We are on 60 acres between the West Elk Wilderness and the Gunnison National Forest next to Antracite Creek. (There are only 2 neighbors within 2 miles.) You can choose between mountain biking, hiking, fishing, hunting, wildflowers, fall colors, visiting wineries, paddle boarding and jet skiing or just relaxing with the views of Marcellana Mountain from the back porch. The McClure House - A Cowboy cabin in the woods.

This very charming two-bedroom, two-bath Guest house is located on one of the most scenic by-ways in the State of Colorado and is quaint from head to toe! The Hummingbirds are incredible. They migrate here from South America to breed in the summer. The wildlife is abundant. There are deer, elk, foxes, etc. The views are amazing and all the other gifts shared with us by Mother Nature are breathtaking. This property was used as a very successful Bed and Breakfast from 1994 to 2003.

Nestled in our elm forest, the casita is a private and tranquil oasis. This home was naturally built with earth based materials. Enjoy the views of our beautiful pond right outside the back deck with your morning coffee and watch the trout jump. Although small, it is completely equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, instant hot water, and laundry. Paonia is a short two minute drive, 5 minute bike ride, or 15 minute walk away.
